Trash! No one in the North or South East knows or used this slangs

Remember, north has 19 states, more than half of Nigeria

So if northerners don’t use this slangs, you can’t title this thread “10 popular slangs used by Nigerians in 2020”

Totally incorrect

It should be more like “10 popular slangs used by Lagosians, Yorubas, or South Westerners in 2020”

I’m also very sure people in the south south of Nigeria like PH, Benin and Warri know nothing about this slangs

The Slang every Nigerian used is “Wahala be like bicycle”

And it didn’t even make your trashy list
North ke? Those guys find pidgin frustrating

Cry me a River... cheesy tell me any slangs from the East that is more popular than soro soke? Before you start typing trash...you don't have to be a tribalist about everything...from Jo's to Kaduna to Niger to Kebbi...Ko por Ke is very popular..same as Gbese...not to talk of Soro soke that is very popular all over Nigeria.

Some of you hardly leave your SW. He is right.

I stay in SE and I don't know the meaning of Soro soke, I only saw it on Facebook or NL during the end SARS saga, but no one in Igbo land uses or used it. Only Igbos who stay in Lagos use it.

Ko por Ke ? I am hearing of that one for first time today.

O wrong nah? No one in SE uses this. I have seen it once on twice on NL and Facebook and never knew the meaning or tried to find the meaning.

Gbese? No one in SE use this too. We rather say "Nsogbu" or Wahala!

OP is a typical ignorant Yoruba man who thinks life starts and ends in SW and hence thinks his SW realities are same for others outside SW.

The title of the thread was wrong.

This poster made a valid point. But you know, most newspapers have their headquarters in Lagos, so they erraneously have this belief that whatever that is happening in Lagos affects other parts of Nigeria, and in some cases they are correct

Not in my area of the Niger. I mean the SS.

As per soro soke its not that we never heard it, afterall we saw it on TV during the protests in Lagos. But no one down here used that or even refer to it.

As for Ko por ke this is the first time I'm hearing that in my life.
