Hello house,

Please is 2008 Honda Pilot a better vehicle compared to the 2009 Ford Edge?

They fall in my budget range.

Thanks for your anticipated response.

Pilot is an SUV

Edge is a CUV

You will enjoy the pilot well because of technical know how, the engine fitted into it is a popular engine in many honda and Acura. Easier to maintain, cheaper parts than the ford.

For the ford most will advice you pick the 3.5L V6 and boycott the i4. Never used the vehicle before not a vehicle running those engines but I have friends using the vehicle driven the edge before too it is a nice and strong vehicle reason it's popular on our roads

Your inquiry is vague and you may likely be ignored by some people who can give you advice on your choice of your next ride.

Look at the poster immediately below your message and above this message and take cue from his message description.

By the way, your words in bold got me undecided undecided undecided

Forgive me for not using the right words but I don't really know much about cars. But that doesn't change the fact that I need help.

What I want is a Toyota Camry that is reliable, has low Maintenance cost, Availability of parts and low fuel consumption.

Where that is not available, is there Corolla with enough spaces between chairs like Camry or close?

My budget is 2.1m but can be slightly increased cc nurey

With your budget and need (space), I suggest you go for a 2006 Toyota Camry XLE i4.

If you are part of those who’d do anything to just own a Corolla, then your budget can get a 2007 Toyota Corolla.

You can pm me if you’re interested in the Corolla. Someone I know has one for sale.

Expensive?

It shares part with celica 99 to 06

Corolla/matrix 99 to 06

The verso too

But parts should not be neck breaking, it is very strong

Hello Gurus in d house. Hoping to get my first car next year but cant seem to make a choice.
Please which will be the best choice considering
ease of maintenance, availability of parts and technician in owerri, durability, reliability, head turner, cost and ease of maintenance between
G37 coupe
Fx35/45
Acura TL
Acura TSX
ES350
Honda accord coupe
Wont be a daily driver. Only weekend outing and once in a year long distance travel.
Also which earlier model will be a good option?
I am also open to better suggestions

G37. Parts may be scarce in Owerri, though.

Hi guys. For a woman, which SUV/CUV is better in terms of feel, maintenance, & parts availability?
- Honda CRV or
- Ford Edge or
- any other suggestions
Re: The Official Car Comparison/Recommendation Thread by DagashSamson: 2:17pm On Dec 30, 2020
Greetings Gurus in the house, big appreciation for all the great contributions thus far.
Please kindly compare tokunbo 2007 Benz ML 320 with 2007 Toyota Prado.
Purpose is for long distance journey.
* Maintenance (parts and ease of repair)
* Durability
* Fuel consumption
* Longevity
* Resale value after few years

If you know any better SUV that can comfortably navigate our road please suggest.

Thanks to all the gurus again.

Hello everyone,

Advice needed, I intend getting an off the ground vehicle (CUV/SUV) and would like to know which would be best for me in terms of maintenance and fuel consumption. I initially wanted the MDX 2008/09 model because of the 3rd row... however I have read all threads on it premium petrol and how it consumes fuel. I am very confused at this point.

My major concern is sitting a large family (4 kids and a nanny) bearing in mind I want to permanently leave a toddlers car seat. Also, I don’t drive much as my car is mostly parked during working hours (8am-5pm). I currently drive an Avalon.

My budget is about 3.6M tops.

Kindly help a sister ..... thanks.

The MDX is a good car. Pretty much all luxury cars recommend premium.

Sedan vs SUV. Surely you realize that those are very different cars. May as well throw in a bike for more randomness.

toyota sienna 2004 upwards

honda odyssey 2006 upwards

toyota highlander 2005 upwards with 3rd row

honda pilot 2006 upwards

toyota rav4 with 3rd row 07 upwards though rare.

Is the 2004 Pilot not good?

What about 2004 Honda Pilot, is it also a good SUV I saw where nurey said from 2006 and above is good.
