Speaking from the experience of working under myriad of women. infact, I went solo to establish my own business because I could no longer stomach the bullshit my female boss dishes, despite being the manager of her company with a mouth watery salary.

She even raised my salary by 60% just to lure me back, but I thought of my propensity to snap and do something regrettable stupid when she surely put up her feminine tosh, so, I jettison all idea of going back.

Women are good with many things, but power is not their forth, cos, most often than not, they abuse it.

I dey deal with the ones reporting to me when they fckup. If they like, they should resign, another person would enter the next second.
