stopping addiction is not easy. sometimes it is advisable to use another addiction to replace a particular addiction. in this way, you still get that dopamine that the bad addiction gives you.
for instance:
you can reduce masturbation by fantasising on you traveling, making too much money, driving an expensive car. or anything that will give you enough joy if you archive it.
getting a good girlfriend that can be there for you always can also help.

you can reduce smoking by fantasising how you are now working in a big company and you don't have time to smoke again or any other thing you are longing to archive.

you can reduce gambling by over working yourself, setting big targets and fantasising how rich you will be when you finally meet your financial targets. see gambling as something that will kill you and your target.
even if a friend makes money in it, don't congratulate him/her. hate them and don't go out with them again. intact, instead of celebrating their win with them. look for where to digging hole, just make yourself busy.


don't fight addiction because you may not win.
just change your mind paradigm. and the miracle will happen.


write a simple thing you want to archive maybe in a week or in a month. paste it where you can read it every morning and night.
