A litmus test of a reliable and legal business idea is that the owner is willing to share openly.

All these 'dm me', 'WhatsApp me' etc should be avoided. If at all, let it be the seekers asking to go private.

Please let's be guided, lest you loose the little you have while searching for more.

It's New year doesn't mean people have New hearts.

People are still or even more evil and heartless. Wolves in sheep's clothing!

Well for the Nigeria of today, offline business won't give you much except you're with a huge capital and in a strategic location. Online business is a way to go if you know your onion.

That said, learn how to buy and reselling of EXPIRED domain names. A domain you bought $9 (#3450) can be resold for $500 within a short period. Personally I've done it several times and still doing it. For more information, research more about this at Google or check out this awareness thread; https://www.nairaland.com/4519087/how-rich-selling-expired-domain

The best way to invest in agriculture when you can't employ the service of professionals with wealth of experience is to go into Agro-supply/distribution, and not being a primary producer.

The instability in Nigeria is something one has to be careful of. Also, you can't undermine experience and knowledge.

To be really successful as a primary producer, you need to buy experience and knowledge.

Not Animal farming....I planted Cucumber, Water Melon, Maize and Cassava, first of all, it was hit by a stoppage in rain, but the land is very fertile to the extent that the cucumber was as big as something I have never seen before and the Water Melon, rain hardly fell on it just twice before it stops but, you know those two needs just small quantity of water...Maize was actually affected by that and cassava was also affected by that because it has not yet gained much root for it to survive that....on the day of harvesting the cucumber and melon, I found out that my farm of 21 Hecters has been burnt down....I took some legal steps but fuel scarcity that hit Nigeria in Dec 2017/ Jan 2018 deprived the task force from entering the farm as they fear if the fuel in their car wouldn't take them out of the farm and herdmen might burn down their vehicle. So they had to turn back and NASO the case die oo
