I brought a problem here early December and I got some honest responses but my sis sometimes still complains she is think of selling off the phone or taking it to Samsung centre because the phone is unse warranty.

Are the battery stats okay pls I need a response to this and also she still complains about that battery drain but the phone doesn't get hot kus I have handled it also. Pls and pls is this battery stat okay

When using the phone I noticed the battery can drop 1% every 3min or so and also she went to church yesterday left her phone home for 3hrs with data turned off and it dropped 2% without usage. Is that normal pls guys I need your response thank you

It's possible to drop even more than 3% in 1 hour without usage when the network is unstable. Another possibility is that the current rom might be buggy. Tell her to try using her phone with another network just to be sure if it's network instability.

To be honest I don't think this battery has issues. She should try switching network

Go to settings and search Control Center to enable the new control center.

There is floating windows locate it.

I sincerely don't know what you are looking for because it is not all features of MIUI 12 all devices will get.

It's a Samsung A30s, though she hasn't updated to android 10yet because she read some reviews about the update been buggy. I will tell her about the network changing g though.
