I accidentally bought one over a year ago and the A.V board packed up few months after. The USB and HDMI ports do not work.

Yes but no again. A lot of retailers also serve as micro distributors to Fouani. In fact, when u go there, some honest ones will tell you the difference. Same applies to the 7k 'LG' DVD vs the 16k LG DVD
