If by essence, you mean purpose of human life. The essence of human life is to please God. We find over the ages that people who please God live the most fulfilling and meaningful lives. It may sound ludicrous or outrageous but that again is the fact. Every other thing no matter how pleasurable doesn't satisfy ultimately.

All have sinned and come short of God's glory. i am not referring to the past of the believer or the present, past and future of the unbeliever. i am referring to the end of the average human life. A fulfilled life is a life without regrets, accessible to anyone anywhere anytime. Billions of people might not have access to money and fleshly pleasures that seem to drive most ungodly people. But those who live to please God in their billions have no regrets at the end of their lives. This is unlike most rich fools and hedonists, many of whom don't get to the zenith of their pursuits, and the few that get there discover in anguish that there is nothing there.
You should have read of normal every day believers like Annie Johnson Flint. People who lived in deep pain, people who lived in penury like the majority in the world. But what gave them fulfillment and joy despite the pain, was a life in service and worship of God. Victor, you should get real. Burying your head in all these vain arguments bring regrets upon regret.

The increase/decrease in population towards explosion/extinction happens for no reason!!!!!!!!!!!!
Furthermore, the DNA cannot exist separately.
Since it cannot exist separately,it could not have appeared separately.
Therefore,I believe that the first set of living things appeared as fully-grown species.
But the appearance didn't mean there had been nothing.
It only showed how several particles combined in different ways thereby making up different structures.

Actually, the reason why it is impossible for God(s ) to exist is what the writers of religious books documented about God(s)!!!!!!!!!
They stated that God(s) once existed alongside nothing!!!!!!
Since it's impossible for nothing to exist,it is also impossible for God(s) to exist!!!!!!
