pazienza:To use Wakirike as an example on the franchise system is the poorest of all examples you could have used to buttress your opinion. I am yet to hear of any other part of the world where colonial authorities had to assign warrant chiefs because there was no traditional form of governance . The Igbo didn't found the entire Imo state, they owned hamlets in present Abia state. They share Anambra , Ebonyi and Enugu with the Igala you do not have the history of the Ijaw yet you want to be founders of lands encircled and meshed in Ijaw foot prints. Your Country Nigeria doesn't interest Ijaw people. Igbos have been making noise about Igbo presidency since thy kingdom come. The Ijaws didn't ask for it but they got it. Ijaw people didn't agitate despite the obvious flaws that ousted Jonathan. Nigeria is a failed state, she is privileged that the Ijaw shares Passport with certain ethnicities like the Narcotic mules and baby factory industrialists (Igbo) Okujagu is not Igbo never was and never will be. The word Okujagu has nothing to do with Igbo like I mentioned earlier Igbos keep copying Ijaw words with the hope of convincing the rest of Nigeria of a cultural or historical affiliation to the Ijaws. The only relationship Ijaws had with Igbos was one in which Igbos were acquired and sold. |

pazienza:You keep showing your stupidity I won't respond to stupid things. Quote Asari Dokubo for calling Igbos Ijaw slaves. I laugh in Spanish Ediabali from Abam in Abia. The warriors that could not save themselves from being commodities in several Ijaw ports. People we bought for mirrors and match boxes of Tobacco? If the value of your "warriors " was a box of tobacco that can tell you how dysfunctional Igbo society created new settlements within the territories of people who were better organized, had embassies in other Continents and they won't treat your Bleep up. The Python danced in Umuahia and there was no response. Stop making noise the track records of the Ijaw are there for everyone. The baby factory industry didn't start today it attests to historical proof of the Igbo culture of breeding humans solely for the purpose of minuscule financial gain. When did Igbos get involved in trade not to talk of clearing goods. You think we are talking about quota system NPA? It took the European several hundreds of years to get access to a port in Okirika and you are imaging Igbos went to clear goods how? When? Wakirike's geography well into 70s was inaccessible to Igbos that Rivers state has undergone several changes doesn't mean the are was a free range area for Igbos to roam. Ndi- Igbo traditional wears were fringed loin coverings very similar to those you find in Southern Africa the difference being while the SouthernAfricans wove their clothes Ndi-Igbo relied on plantain leaves and Rafia. Igbos barely ate meat as they believed eating meat was evil for the society. Certain segments of the Igbo franchise depended on dying relatives to supplement their dietary needs for protein. As sickly family often landed in the cooking pot. The Igbo tribe which only uses meat in the pot and takes it out to redry it for use again can not possibly hunt leopards into extinction. The Feni which you know call isiagu is not a homage to the Leopard. As someone from an uncultured tribe it is sacrosanct that you think Ijaw clothing are a reflection of Victorian traditions. Quite on the contrary some of our clothings and their traditional process of creation can be found among aboriginal ethnic nationalities across the Continent. Be brought of your unclothedness like the Southern Africans are and stop appropriating. Like the prostitutes in Solomon's story because it is not your culture you could easily pass it on to the English. The dressing of rainforest doesn't apply to Ijaws we dwell in Mashlands of the Mangrove. The dressing of people is influenced by their environment. You isiagu was made in memory of the Leopard where did white cloth come from? From the ghost of the Leopard? Leather lasts longer than Fabrics the Kaduna dye-pits,and the rich embroidered garments of Northerners attest to the industry in the North.Take an 18th century image of a Northerner and a modern one and no difference in attire. Same with the Ijaw . Only the Igbo we can't find "isi agu" nor the patterns woven by the Akuete in their dressing prior to independence because you were not permitted to wear it by the Ijaw who created the products and assigned their production as they vied into other business that were less demanding in comparison to weaving. Ohafia which is not Abam were hunters for the Ijaws. Go learn your history and come back when you find out why the Ohafians war dance is done with skulls in their tray. They are the only Igbo clan in which men didn't have to dress or act like women to entertain the crowd. |

As usual we await the decimation of Igbo land as the different ethnic nations take their place the likes of Zik handed down to you Igbo scoundrels. Igbos can never do anything where the Ijaw is. |

[quote author=Bonesking post=97584802]Fraud never last. Ijaw domination of the above areas is built on fraud, that why despite your shenanigan and supplanting of Igbo presence through fake history, our identity is still growing there. We know who began changing Bonny, Opobo, Okrika, and Ikwerre history. All the fake Wari, Perekule, and all that were fake. Igbos in those areas were both noble men and slaves. King Ndoli, Alagbarinye, Pepple, Amakiri etc were all Igbo noblemen. Yes, Ijaw fishermen came to live with them, to form a dual ethnicity to which europeans recorded. Those who planned that hatchet job from 1950-1970 downwards know that the expiry date is around the corner. No port was founded on Ijawland. Kalio was an Igbo of Okrika origin who interpreted for the uneducated Ikwerres. History made mention of it. [/quote Kalio Paramount ruler of several parts of present day Rivers state go read up his family line and stop being silly. Igbos I repeat had no place in Ijaw society. PHijo You keep showing your stupidity I won't respond to stupid things. Quote Asari Dokubo for calling Igbos Ijaw slaves. I laugh in Spanish Ediabali from Abam in Abia. The warriors that could not save themselves from being commodities in several Ijaw ports Were Oko jumbo, Jaja, and Ediabalis not your Ijaw overlords? How can you sell your Igbo overlords? Those in charge of slave trade from the Kidnappers to those at the port were all Igbos or of Igbo origin. Ijaw were and have always been insignificant in scheme of things. . Who are the "We"? You were being ruled by Igbos in your lands and were never involved in slave trade. You never mattered. Abam warriors ruled Ijawland. Python dance? Odi was wiped off the surface of the earth and nothing happened, crude oil continued to flow freely and your lands and waters continue getting polluted. You are not important, like I already told you. The baby factory industry didn't start today it attests to historical proof of the Igbo culture of breeding humans solely for the purpose of minuscule financial gain. Nothing really wrong with baby factory. Problem is that Nigeria lack proper regulations and control. In civilized clime, its called surrogacy and is legal. A young lady put in the family way who doesn't have the financial wherewithal to nurture the baby gives the responsibility to childless couples and get compensated financially. It ensures the child have parents who can take care of it. However I don't see what Baby factory have to do with Ijaw ancestors being forced to live in mosquito infested waters which decimated your population and ensured you remained minorities. You even depended on Igbos for population as many of adopted Igbos who sojourned in your midst as Ijaws, to boost your numbers. When did Igbos get involved in trade not to talk of clearing goods. You think we are talking about quota system NPA? Right from the days of Oko jumbo and Jaja, your Igbo conquerors and rulers, Ndiigbo have always controlled importation business. It took the European several hundreds of years to get access to a port in Okirika and you are imaging Igbos went to clear goods how? When? Jaja, aka Mbanaso from Amaigbo was what stood between direct contact between the whites and Igbo hinterland. Once he was taken to West Indies, the British had full control into the Igbo country which was were the real goods to be traded were. Ijaws were basically just middlemen with no goods to offer. Ndi- Igbo traditional wears were fringed loin coverings very similar to those you find in Southern Africa the difference being while the SouthernAfricans wove their clothes Ndi-Igbo relied on plantain leaves and Rafia. Yet Akwete cloth weavers were the ones who clothed your primitive people. Igbo had clothing centres all over Igboland, Ijaw had none. You were not known as craftsmen. Just lazy fishermen and Ogogoro drinkers. No industry or civilization whatsoever. Do you know the meaning of Dinta? Every Igbo woman reared local foul, the men reared goats. You have been reading too much into stories your ancestors passed on to you about Ndiigbo. Lol! We don't dry cooked meat. We kill animal and preserve it in "Ngiga" by roasting and drying it every day. Isiagu is a homage to leopard hides we wore in the past. The true meaning of being uncultured and Savage is Ijaw with no known civilization. No known art work, no known weaving centres, nothing! Just ogogoro drinking, fish hunting and salt making. Lol! Yes! The so called Ijaw attire are woeful renditions of Victorian dressing culture of the British. The Bowler hat, the top with chain and three buttons. Non of them were produced in Africa let alone Ijawland. All were imported fabrics. Don't make a fool of yourself in public. Igbo ancestors wore animal hides as tops. Leopard hides were most favored, hence Isiagu. The North were islamized and adopted the "Malian" dressing style which is called "Agbada" today very early in its development. Akwete is Igbo and they clothed your primitive ancestors. Akwete didn't fall from the sky. They were descendants of Nwankwo Eze , whose father Eze, is a descendants of Igbos living further hinterlands. The Ijaw were never known as craftsmen. The only thing you did was dry sea water to produce salt and hunt for fishes! Chikina . You were never a resourceful people and that has not changed even till today hafia which is not Abam were hunters for the Ijaws. Go learn your history and come back when you find out why the Ohafians war dance is done with skulls in their tray. They are the only Igbo clan in which men didn't have to dress or act like women to entertain the crowd. Ohafia, Abam, Abriba, Edda are related Igbo clans. They had one thing in common. They were war clans who served as war mercenaries all over Igboland and beyond. And many of their descendants served your Ijaw people during your clan wars, and thereafter settled amongst you to become your Igbo overlords. The Ediabali dynasty of Buguma, the Ogan dynasty of Wakrike, etc all came to rule over you like this. Show some respect to your Igbo overlords! 6 Likes |

At the dawn of Obasanjo's administration, South South group led by Ijaw cried severally with the point that they have never been in the affairs of Nigeria. PHijo To use Wakirike as an example on the franchise system is the poorest of all examples you could have used to buttress your opinion. I am yet to hear of any other part of the world where colonial authorities had to assign warrant chiefs because there was no traditional form of governance . Wakirike is a distinct minority ethnicity from Izon. Ijaw is not an Ethnic group but a FRANCHISE, that some Wakrike people joined while others are opposed to. Wakrike are an amalgam of Izon, Ibibio,Igbo and Ogoni settlers who formed a distinct group. The Igbo were so civilized we needed no kings. We had a functional society. A functional Democratic system of government built around Umunna. The British couldn't make sense of it because such a system was hard to impose imperialism over. So they sought to create the weak warrant system that made it easier to impose colonial interests. I'm proud of my ancestors. Took the British longest time to bring Igboland under control because of the complexity of our system of government. The Igbo didn't found the entire Imo state, they owned hamlets in present Abia state. They share Anambra , Ebonyi and Enugu with the Igala you do not have the history of the Ijaw yet you want to be founders of lands encircled and meshed in Ijaw foot prints. Lol! There are no single non Igbo speaking community in IMO and Abia States. Anambra and Enugu have few Igala settlers in the Northern boundary with Igalas, but so do we have Igbo speaking communities in southern Kogi. Ebonyi is 100% Igbo. Ijaw has no history. You were and continue to be ruled by descendants of Igbo warriors from Abam and Ohafia who settled in your midst. Your Country Nigeria doesn't interest Ijaw people. Igbos have been making noise about Igbo presidency since thy kingdom come. The Ijaws didn't ask for it but they got it. Ijaw people didn't agitate despite the obvious flaws that ousted Jonathan. Ijaw is Nigeria cash cow, so it doesn't matter what your interests are, until all your oil wells run dry like Oloibiri has and all your rivers and lands polluted, so that the proceeds can be shared around and those of us in SE can use the proceeds to build beautiful structures like Umahi is doing in Ebonyi, you are basically going no where. If you make too much noise, Odi will be repeated again. The oil must flow and your. Environmental degradation will continue so that Abakaliki, Sokoto, Enugu, etc can look good. It's your fate. GEJ is an Ogbia man whose people for all intent and purposes are proto Ibibiod people. If only Ibibio-Efik-Annang people got over their petulant squabbles and unite into a single super ethnic group they truly should be, they would have since claimed their distant cousins that Ogbia are and not allow them join the Ijaw FRANCHISE. Ogbia are proto Ibibiod people, their language is related to Ibibio. Nigeria president or no Nigeria president, Ndiigbo will continue to get from Nigeria more than Ijaw can ever do. More states, more appointments, more everything. We are rebels, you are supposed to be patriots who fought for one Nigeria, yet even in the one Nigeria, we get better deal than you.
Ijaw is privilege to be sharing a dead country with Ndiigbo. You get to be countrymen with great people like Okonjo Iweala, Kanu Nwankwo, Chinua Achebe, Chimamanda Adiichie. Its a privilege you don't deserve.
Okujuagu , Ogan Ama, are all Igbo descendants settlements. They might not be eager to affirm that now because of the failure of SE political class and lack of vision and tact of IPOB leadership, but an apple will never fall too far from the tree. They are like our sleeper cells right in your heart. In fullness of time, when things align, they will be activated and empowered. All those involved in slave trade were Igbos. The Igbo overlords ruled over Ijaw city staes, and together with their clan men in Abam , Ohafia and Edda, controlled the slave trade. It was family business for them. 6 Likes |

pazienza:Pazienza you are going far! Maybe we should begin to list the Ijaw lords. As a matter of fact it beats my imagination that Igbos founded, ruled and still ruling the so-called Ijaws in their now stolen lands. Abeg see the Igbo people who are the real founders and Kings of the areas Ijaws now lay claim to. 1. Bonny 1. Okpara Ndoli — Founder 2. Alagbara (Alagbarinye) 3. King Pepple (Gotten from the name Pepper) 4. Chief Madu 5. Oko Jumbo Till date the Igbo lineage is still ruling Bonny 2. Kalabari 1. King Amachree (Amakiri) — Till now the Igbo lineage is still ruling Kalabari 2. Abam lineage of Buguma — Asari and Hilda Dokubo ancestors. Hilda Dokubo speaks Igbo fluently. 3. Okrika Abam lineage still sits on the Okrika throne Virtually the bulk of Okrika Ama have Igbo origin 4. Opobo This place is a no go area. Jaja’s heir will continue to promote the Igbo connection. 5. Nembe Aboh footprints is all over Nembe. Before Ijaws went on their identity changing campaign, Igbo was the 2nd language spoken here. Even till now, Aboh kinship with Nembe kings materializes with their Igbo middle names. Aboh Eke totem is still preserved in Nembe till date. All the above places were under the old eastern region. Ijaw historians call them eastern Ijaws and till date have strong blood links with Ndigbo. Ijawcitizen, PHson, Bishop etc hope you can now see the real owners (Igbos lords) and the real slaves (Izon serfs). 2 Likes |

pazienza: ZIK is a product of Ijaw civilisation. He was educated by Ijaws. He worked as an apprentice for an Ijaw the 1st Nigerian journalist/publisher Ernest Sise-Ikoli. If Igbos had shame they will not boast about Nigeria's 1st stowaway. The 1st Nigerian ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT Nnamdi Azikiwe. Igbos celebrate criminality and because you lacked learned people you elevated this common criminal to national prominence. If not for the death of Herbert Macaulay, and Ernest Ikoli shortly before independence Zik stood no chance. Besides while other ethnic groups voted ideologically Igbos voted solely along ethnic lines . Anytime you write your jargons you place them within mine so I will respond to you here there were NO IGBO RULERS IN IJAW TERRITORY NEITHER WILL THERE EVER BE. Lie all you may on Nembe, Wakirike, Ogbia as usual trying to pitch other ethnic nations against the Ijaw right now we are enjoying your bromance with the Ibibio it didn't favor any of you during the war neither will it in the future. The Ijaw remain your masters and there is nothing you can do to change it. I thought Bayelsa is the only place there are Ijaw according to you is Nembe no more in Bayelsa? Useless culture thief. Your standards are no standards stop copying Ijaw language and culture. We lead you follow. Now you claim igbo women were wearing chicken feathers, how foolish of you how many chicken feathers do you need to make a full clothing gear.Igbos wore only loin clothes like their kit and kin in Southern Africa. That style of dressing doesn't make Southern Africans inferior to other Africans it was best suited for their hot arid lands. In winter they had a different gear so instead of claiming what your environment never gave you instinctively stop appropriating Ijaw culture. The water and land gave us the resources to produce long yarns with or without intecate weaving. You will find some curated Ijaw clothing in pristine locations in top cities around the world (by the way not bounties of war) sit your arse somewhere and learn instead of regurgitating IPOB propaganda. Odi was not a victim to a tussle with the Nigerian state but the cowardice of the Nigerian security apparatus who were housed by the community leader. The Nigerian officials had claimed they received a report on an attack on a police officer and were on a fact finding mission. They had arrived late and were offered shelter only for the cowards to burn the community at Night. The Ijaw took the Nigerian state head long in due time and Odi has since been rebuilt we don't cry over dead dogs named Jack like Igbo leaders we Ijaws act . You can grandstand where your history is not known not in front of Ijaws hence your continuous attempt to reliable Ijaw sons and communities. |
