He only did d calculations to show the actual cost of d decoder and dish at the time of purchase.
Dstv Compact Plan is 7900.
That minus 18,600 is the cost of decoder and dish.
So when people are buyer a used decoder it shouldn't be more than that value.

Imagine an old decoder that uses smart card without dish for 10k.
