wallg123: I find myself almost crying for him... very sad how it ended . He was the best graduating medical student from UI in his set .Hopefully after this Canada suspension he be able to practice again But it's a lesson for us Nigerians. You have to behave yourself. Even getting to canada the annual form he still knowing answer No when it should be yes....how could he when daily mail and many news outlet carried the story. That was foolish of him to think you can hide such ... I see it in the US and UK student thread, some of our people just like lying, some even when there absolutely no need to lie. Even following agents to do magic on applications... forgetting that even a simple lie can come back to bite you later 4 Likes |

wallg123: Cheaper alternative. If you live in London, waka go Peckham. Ask most Paki stores that sell sims and repair fones dat you want to buy 9ja minutes. You can see Lyca, Lebara etc for 100-120mins for £6. After the minutes finish, u throw away the sim and yur village people will not be able to contact you. 1yr you can end up using 12-15sims to call 9ja 2 Likes 2 Shares |

While some took advantage. A lady who owns a digital healthcare took advantage of stranded Nigerians offering £350 (maybe more self) for COVID test during the evacuation flights. Apparently she sends the swab test kits in bulk to another firm for a reduced price earning a whooping ~40% on just one kit. Lexusgs430: |

Lexusgs430: I think it's the NHS trying to discourage people who need test to travel from using NHS testing facilities with the number of cases going up and limited test kit. They would rather people who are showing symptoms and key workers NHS. I won't be surprised if it's the government asking airlines to reject NHS test results for use for flying. 1 Like 1 Share |

As a prospective nurse please house where can a nurse relocate to in UK to be able to work and get on the property ladder ASAP at reasonable cost compared to the high cost of doing such in the south without sacrificing job satisfaction and acceptance in terms of color and gender. Thanks for your input. |

Hello house and happy new year. I was offered MSc Civil Engineering at UWS, Paisley for September intake, but due to Covid-19 and other challenges, I deffered the admission. Currently looking at Teeside uni for the same course with advanced parcatice (18 months with placement) come September. Wifey studied Bus. Edu(with TRCN,2016). Please, what's life like in Middlesbrough as compared to Paisley, marketability prospect of my course and possible employment for both wifey and I. Sincerely appreciate your responses. Thanks. @Justwise @Stenon |

I just learned today that I was not randomised into the Placebo group, but was given the real thing in the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID vaccine trials. Happy to have helped humanity. Less I forget, I am still human. Haven’t turned into a BillGates-5G-Chimeric-HumanClone. Yet. #HappyDays 6 Likes |
