It's quite unhygienic to say the least.
Some go as far as eating with that same hand,immediately after the act. Bathing after you're done using tissue is far better.

Truth----- No matter how you tell me to use water first,I CAN'T do it.

I use my tissue,then wash up with soap and water. If you feel so disgusted by it,it's entirely your cup of coffee.


Water::::: Making use of water attracts so many bacterias and makes you sick easily.
Worst part of this practice is that those who do it don't even use soap while in the act.

Doctors who know more than you advise that people should use water to clean up after using the toilet and wash their hands properly using the WHO approved method of hand-washing.

First use tissue then water and wash ur hands properly with soap and clean running water.
