The image below is Mitch Mcconell's louisville home.Speaker Pelosi's own house in San Francisco was also vandalized. Permit me to say Trump caused all this in less than 4 years he has sown poison and discord it is just hate and division and brought out the wrong sides of people.Hopefully in 4 years too Biden makes a difference and brings positive change 3 Likes

OgaTheTop2:Tell me. I dont have any problem because wifey controls the joint account and I am a very slick guy from Chitown too. I got her mad because I bought my AR 15 automatic weapon from the joint Account and that's a little over 3K. That's my pay back too. Women and money are like 5 and 6. |

PrideofLincoln1:I don't even care about our joint account. All the yearly returns and stimulus goes into the joint account. Madam finish it all. My real dough goes into my personal checking. I am more than comfortable with what goes into my checking. |

Ladyhippolyta88:Happy New Year. These fools will just come up here and regurgitate the garbage they pick up from Faux News. Trump is doing irreparable damage to the Republican Party and that is very sad because America surely needs two strong parties. I want Check and Balances in America so that we won't become a dictatorship. How these Senators and Congressmen in the Republican Party are so beholden to these worthless pathological lying piece of human crap is beyond my imagination. Hopefully, they will see the light after Trump's term is over in a little over two weeks. 1 Like |

OgaTheTop2:Believe me that you are not alone. I married very early in life at barely 23 and a little over 20 years of marriage taught me that for peace to reign in the house, just let her take that role of doling out and paying the bills in the house. I don't even know how the mortgage, utilities and others stuff in the house are paid for because she handles that and to be fair, she is doing a good job at that. One thing I understand very well is that in America, the woman runs the house and that I am pleased with. I can't tell you how many of my friends that their marriage didn't last up to 7 years and that takes heavy tolls on the children. 4 Likes |

Ladyhippolyta88:Yes but I doubt if three or four party system can work in America. It's been tried before with Independent Party but it never worked. We have smaller parties Like Green Party, Conservative party and Independent party but they are so small that they don't even appear on the radar. Two very strong parties that can be a check on each other excesses can work well in a country like US. |
Re: American Politics Thread - 2024 Elections — Biden’s Presidency! by Ladyhippolyta88(f): 10:58pm On Jan 02, 2021 |
PrideofLincoln1:I know all these and the party system I talked about does not concern the US alone but generally in every democracy take for instance the UK and political parties in Europe |

PrideofLincoln1:Gatya. You said it all. Many marriages collapsed because many of our brothers here cary their 'I am the man of the house' mentality come America . It will not work. This country is woman first, then every other thing else and trust me the moment a village lady from naija realises this she maximise on it to the fullest. It's even worse in UK. I have witnessed a scenario where a wife was expecting the oga to wash her dirty panties, not just ordinary dirty panties o, panties soaked in the bathroom for 5 days . The oga yari kpatakpata. Madam called police. The rest remained a broken marriage. He no dey easy for us guys for abroad, but it's always well with us 2 Likes |

OgaTheTop2:Wow, washing panties is not for me. Infact, my wife do the laundry in our basement. You only last with your wife in Western World if you follow the protocol of letting her know that she will manage the household and that is fine with me. Will take out the garbage, mown the lawn in the Summer and use the snow blower to clean our sidewalks and my wife is happy. Cooking, washing and cleaning the house is for her and the girls while I will be watching my Sports in the Man's Room in the basement. With that, everyone is happy. 4 Likes |

Ladyhippolyta88:Good. Even in Great Britain, I think it's majorly the Tories and the Labor Party and the other little parties that barely appears on the radar. I support Multi Party system too if the parties are sustainable. I know in Nigeria, APC and PDP are dominant parties and I don't think it works well for Nigeria. |

Ladyhippolyta88:So sad indeed. Nigeria has great potentials but these old guard Thieflicians have to go and the only way for them to go is for the youths to let them know that they are taking their country back. I know some people are doing that but they need nationwide support. If Nigeria continue like this, I see a separate countries forming in the country like Biafra and Oduduwa Republic. Nigeria cannot sustain this feudal system where the Fulani oligarchs dominates the country and others get the crumps that falls off their dining tables. 1 Like |

Ladyhippolyta88:current democrats are too goody goody two shoes and aren't long term strategic thinkers, they don't play to their strengths, they play defence not offence, and instead of embracing the increasingly popular liberal agendas like minimum wage, Medicare for all amongst others, they allow themselves get bogged down in gun rights, anti-LGBTQ and anti-abortion talking points of the right trying to pander to those voters whose minds are already made up while alienating their base and failing to convince the undecideds. I'm happy ossorf has spine and is going on the offensive, but democrats need to start mobilising their base in Republican held districts, encouraging voter registration and participation long before primaries and election. They need to get their shyte together 2 Likes |

PrideofLincoln1: What Nigeria needs is federalism, or we could outrightly split it, but it would result in conflict. So federalism is the major thing to solve out problems Each region would make there own money and spend it on the particular internal issues they are facing There would be a president though, but the job would not be as powerful as it is now. In fact it would be undesirable. 2 Likes |
