I really need help! Please can someone help me. I want to have my baby in US by June,2021.I'm 3 months gone now. Who can help me with processing my visa and how much will it cost me. Please respond ASAP so we could get started

This is still in effect in the US. POTUS 46 said he will deal with it. Until he does, the State Department won't be nice to your application. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/News/visas-news/20200123_birth-tourism-update.html

You are 3 months gone, and visa interview appointments are 3 - 4 months away currently. Embassies haven't resumed fully.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself and also fall victim by losing money to "DM, I can help you crew". Weigh every proposition properly. One of them may make it happen.

You don't have enough time to do this, and it is not every issue that even money will solve.

Consider birth tourism to other countries that have immigration treaty with the US and plan to use that in future getting your child an American passport.

Don't be lazy to read , go to birth section to know more better and if you are looking for an agent here don't cry back here when you fall into wrong hand

Maybe the size of the passport is too large.

Good day everyone,
Happy new year,
I have been trying to follow up on the b1/b2 visa application. On the Embassy website it Says they are processing only limited number of b1/b2 visas. I read through this thread and didn’t see anything on the question I’m about to ask.
My question is:
1) I’ve been going to the us since 2009 for holidays. I’m trying to renew my US visa for holidays.
I didn’t have a previous appointment , are they taking new appointments? Can I apply newly? Abi what do they mean by limited??
2) early in 2020 my sister was going to renew but she wanted to attend a conference and the interview (for March) was cancelled due to COVID.
Is she going to wait for the embassy to contact her to change her appointment? Or will she schedule an appointment herself.
Also, the conference has been cancelled. Should she fill another DS-160 form changing her purpose of travel to holiday? Hope this change of purpose or travel won’t raise a red flag. She’s had several us visas. Some she didn’t even use at all.
But na US and one must calculate well.
Can the gurus in the house help?

1) Not sure if it's still the same system you used in 2009, what you need to do now is pay the visa fees and visit ceac.state.gov and ustraveldocs.com to fill the ds160 form and schedule a new appointment with the embassy (Embassy is closed for Non-Immigrant visa interview as at now)
2) I doubt if any conference would take place in U.S for now, she can apply to visit U.S for tourism/visit, since she's not a first time traveler, I'm sure that ''reason'' won't pose a problem.

I advise you raise a help/case ticket on the appointment page explaining this. When I had issues getting an appointment date, I raised a ticket and voola.......I saw an available appointment date the next time I logged in.

My last visa expired in 2019.
Please for clarification are you saying the embassy is closed for All b1/b2 visas now or are you saying it’s closed to those who just want to get a new MRV and a new appointment date. Cos on this thread people have been saying they booked appointment for b1/b2. Please can someone clarify this? Thanks a lot.

Raised the ticket on Dec 19, when I logged in the next day, I saw the next available date on the dashboard and I “jejely”selected it.

Or you can click on reschedule appointment. The earliest day I saw as at now was Sept 10,2021.

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by pointednose: 1:48pm On Jan 04, 2021
Appointments are opened for B1/B2 visas. Appointments are filling up for September as at when I checked this morning, and its also filling fast like someone said.

And B1/B2 interviews have surely started cos I know someone who has upcoming interview on Wednesday, January 6 and dates have been filled in times past for earlier months of the year.

So I will say pay your visa fee and apply.

For those who have B1/B2 visa interviews or who knows anyone who has.
Kindly provide a transcript of the visa interview on this platform for us to learn from each other. I wish you all success in your interviews. Thanks

There are No in person Conferences taking place in the US during this COVID-19 era. Most if not all Conferences can be done online through the likes of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skpe and the likes.

You will need to have a more convincing reasons to visit the US now.
