Sigh has anyone had an update on the NSE stream? I submitted the requirements on the 16th of December with the deadline being the 30th and I haven't heard anything since then. My school resumes on January 11 and I'm gonna have to start online. PS. I've done Upfront medicals and biometrics. 1 Like |

Hi all, for those that were denied for this reason below; "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status." How were you able to rectify this? And when you got your gcms notes, what was the Visa officer concern. Please help me. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by iampaulsmith(m): 10:16am On Jan 04, 2021 |
No, I think you are wrong. What is written on the flier states that “We try to process most NSE application within 20 calendar days. However some applications may take longer”. It’s calendar days not working days. But if you read that statement very well you will understand that they are not obligated to conclude the application within 20days based on that second statement. Everyone can only pray for a fast processing time for their application. It will end in praises! Chukwubuikexo: That is what I also have on my status too and another person on this thread also confirmed the same thing. I don’t want to believe our application is still on hold because the document section states “replacement overdue”. Moreover my own eligibility review started & medical was updated to pass during the 30days when the action required was still there so I want to believe they must have resumed. Has your eligibility review started too? Uriel12: |

Good morning Dear NLs. I joined the threads late but I have been observing and looking forward to when my process would start. I have gotten admission to Sheridan College but I also want to try Cambrian college. 1. Is there anyone who has admission to Sheridan or Cambrian college for fall 2021 and is going to start the visa process? 2. I would like the opinion of the house on the best province to get PR after PostGrad Certificate of one year. 3. Finally, I would like to know if my Aunty Can be my sponsor and also give me a gift deed? I would really appreciate responses from the house. Thank you |

Philadelphia: Am not sure this requirement applies to Nigerian applicants- Read here: https://www.hdfccredila.com/planning-higher-education/gic-for-study-in-canada.html For Nigerian students you are required to get a ticket for bank statement.- read more here: https://web.facebook.com/CanHCNigeria/posts/have-you-heard-of-mybank-statement-it-is-the-fastest-and-most-reliable-way-to-de/2812717458822133/?_rdc=1&_rdr |

Everyone here would readily assist you with your visa process. As for the best province to get PR, preferences differ. Ontario, British Columbia and Manitoba are good provinces same as the rest. Your aunty can be your sponsor but you have to be able to show that you both share a close bond. And she is ready to sponsor you. A deed of gift is a good idea NSE19: |

Chukwubuikexo:Let me add to the above for Manitoba I know that especially within 6months after your graduation if you are able to ace a Job and start working after 6months thereabout in your field of Study I bolded that cuz that's the only condition placed the job must be in your field of Study then you can start the filing process for your PR under their international graduate scheme it's a new scheme newly introduced for graduates then they start the process for PR you can also check the Manitoba website on this |

Good day everyone. Please I want to know if I can get a deed of gift from my Dad and my Mum, even though it’s my my sister who is sponsoring me? I am asking because they also want to support me and have transferred some monies to my account. Can a deed of gift be used to explain what the huge deposit is for? My account balance without the money from my parent has more than 10,000 CAD for my living expenses (mostly from my sponsor and my personal savings from my salary earnings). Thanks for your response. |
