I was arguing with someone last year and she said that the holy ghost is not into spiritual warfare that holy ghost is a calm and gentle spirit, I was just looking at her, indeed people perish for lack of knowledge, some people dont know that holy ghost is actually very much into warfare because our Lord is a consuming fire, in short holy ghost fire destroys and annihilates the camp of the enemy, even when I'm being attacked in the dream, I don't need to talk too much, I just say holy ghost fire and the thing dies or the demon jump out of the person I am praying for in the dream, before in the dream, I can pray against a demon or a witch attacking me for some minutes but it won't have effect, it wont annihilate them and they will be winning me gradually, immediately I mention holy ghost fire, fire consume them and victory is mine.

Thankyou for educating people on spiritual warfare, some people do warfare but they are not hitting the sword where it hurts the most cause they dont really know how to combat.

Indeed the Holy Ghost is very much into spiritual warfare. Anyone who doesn't know that yet does not have a personal relationship with God. Every spoken Word of God is accomplished by the Holy Spirit.

Yeah very brutal. Just last week i was in a revelation and i was explaining to a woman how she should dress. I was warning her about avoiding certain type of dresses and earrings etc.

I now mentioned that no wonder during deliverance when the holy ghost comes down especially on a woman, it confronts any marine material attached to the body. She begins to feel great fire on that material.

All these was in the revelation.

Now, immediately i mentioned the HOLY GHOST during this conversation a personality came out of the wall beside us. Fell face flat on the floor , rolled to the right and to the left as if in serious convulsion then disappeared into the ground.

Take note i never prayed i was just explaining to the woman in this revelation then mention the HOLY GHOST before this manifestation began.

It was so bad that in the revelation, i felt i had hurt someone. I even started feeling pity...The HOLY GHOST is ruthless and merciless when He confronts demons.

Pray for another revelation persistently. Ask the Lord to reveal it again for you in a vision or dream. Always have a dream journal and pen beside your bed. Try to write out your dream/revelation whenever it pops up immediately.

It’s also important for a true believer to be filled with the power of the Spirit of God. The power of the Spirit of God is what makes the word of God effective against the forces of darkness. A true child of God is a channel of the light of the Spirit. The level of power or light of God may increase or decrease in a person’s life by the way of life of the person. There is greater power in a person who is obedient to the word of God than a disobedient person. Demons have no right over such a person and they must flee when they see this light or fire of the Spirit of God because darkness can’t comprehend light. The light of the Spirit reduces in the life of man when he commits sin. This is why someone who wants to engage in Spiritual Warfare must first ensure that sin is confessed or exposed to God.

Remember the Jews tried to use the name of our Lord Jesus to cast evil spirits out of some people as Paul did but the evil spirits said to the Jews “I know Jesus, and I know about Paul, but who are you?”(Acts‬ ‭19:15‬). A man that was possessed with evil spirit jumped on the Jews and beat them up and tore their clothes. The forces of darkness are attracted to a sinful person in the same manner the Holy Angels and Spirit of God are attracted to an obedient person. It is our way of life that gives them the right to operate in our world. We need the power of the Holy Spirit to wield the sword of Spirit. The power of God also increases in us when we sing praises to God.

The thing there is that, a person who has the grace of God for spiritual warfare/deliverance can still cast out demons in a person even if they live in one sin or another (because the gifts/calling of God is given without repentance, Romans 11:29). That is why casting out of demons is not a measurement of holiness or the righteousness of God.

Because some would claim on the day of judgement telling Jesus "But I cast out demons in your Name" bla bla bla.. But Jesus would say "Get away from me, I know you not you EVILDOERS" Matthew 7:22

I have cast demons out even when i was in sin. But the grace of God helped me to repent and do things the right way.

The only thing you can do now is beg the Holy Spirit to bring the name back to your memory. He will make you remember.

Thanks brother. You were right about the level of grace of God in the life of man. I also wanted to highlight this point.

There are people called into the office of the prophet and when they sin, they still prophesy, perform miracles and healing. They are in the divine protection of the Lord 24/7. But you know God will always honour his word for he can’t be mocked. What a man sows he shall reap and so It is also very important for them to confess their sins to God, so that nothing would stand against them on the day of judgment.

There are others who have to work hard to attain to this level of power through a life of godliness, fasting and prayers. Anytime their sins are so great, the gifts of the Spirit of God would cease to operate. They would be exposed to constant attack by the forces of darkness as the Spirit of God goes far away from them unless they repent and confess their sins. This is why it a dangerous for a person who isn’t called into the office of the prophet to try cast demons out of people.

There is the last category of people who aren’t called into the office of the prophet, but they have the gift of word of knowledge and wisdom, they know the thoughts of people, they don’t heal and perform miracles. I know a friend under this category, one day he called me to complain about his inability to contact the Spirit of God b/c of his sexual sins. But after he asked God to forgive him, by the grace of God the gifts of the Spirit began to manifest in his life.

Normally, when a person is under attack and the blood of Jesus is mentioned, the demon would flee that moment but will return because it still has the right to keep the person in bondage. I remember when I was still living in darkness, each time I suffered sleep paralysis, I tried my best to mention the name of Jesus or blood of Jesus Christ and the demon would flee immediately. I was attacked many times until I decided to repent and drew close to Lord, everything changed. God began to speak to me through dreams. I see things there before it comes into manifestation. If a person is in danger or in bondage and God reveals to me in the dream, I quickly pray for the person. When I perceive great sin of sexual immorality, wickedness, anger, violence, hatred, witchcraft in my environment, I pray for Gods intervention to banish the evil spirits behind these sins and I see positive results.

Irrespective of the level of grace of God in our lives, we should live to please God with good works and obedience. Prevention is better than cure. When Satan and his demons see that glorious light of God that radiate in our lives, they will be terrified.

Very true.
This reminds me of how satan attacks those entering into ministry work.
Those that are entering into ministry work please be prepared for attacks. Don't grow weary when one or two things don't go your way. Satan will attack any person called by God into ministry. And the attacks will get stronger by the time the person is about to enter fully into that calling in their lives.
