Pls, i have ATS certificate, those that included this as 2 or more certificates should kindly assist me so i dont make mistake.
I've heard issues of people saying their ATS certificate was not evaluated cos they the name as ICAN.

How best can i structure it to differentiate that it's ATS under ICAN and not ICAN itself?

I have a very important question. A quick response will be very much appreciated.

NOC X (Primary Occupation) - 2 years 2 months
NOC Y (Secondary Occupation) - i. 9 months contract work
ii. [7 months break in between]
iii. 6months permanent work ongoing now

I know the primary occupation must be at least a year continuous work to be eligible of which I am from NOC X.

My question is, will that 7 month gap in between NOC Y (Secondary Occupation) disqualify me from getting 3 years as I’ve done 15months (9+6) as it stands now?

Local knowledge Visa office like Accra will not count it for you. To the best of my knowledge and experiences from here it is better to avoid mentioning NYSC. You can include it as your experience and mention the company you served in instead of quoting it as nysc. Hope you understand.

If one has worked in 2 different roles with different NOCs in the same organisation and with the same job title , will I have to create 2 different work histories in EE profile or just one?
Example
Position Title: Operation Manager
NOC A - 4444 duration 2010 -2015
NOC B -5555 duration 2015 - Present

I registered with WES yesterday for evaluation of my credentials and now have my reference number.. from what i read I understand they(wes) must get my transcript from my school before i can submit my credentials. She can take one exemption. It will be evaluated favourably. But you shouldn't take more than one. People have done two and it was evaluated as equivalent to one year.

I recently received ITA and now putting together my documents to submit.

1) As regards POF, I live in Europe(came here for studies) my mum lives in the UK, over time she sends me money very often (as upkeep and to support my pof saving) and it’s part of this money that made up my POF, as-well as savings from my part time job here(that pays well) and some money I changed over time from my Nigerian account and put in my account here.
I have over 10k € as my balance from my statements. I don’t have any lump sum that was paid from a second party after or before ITA all this money’s came in bits over the months and regularly (monthly) dates as far back as April . Please In such an instance do I still need a deed of gift? Or if no, how do you advise I explain the funds I have. I’ve heard soo many people say since I’ve only lived in my present country for just a year, it may raise suspicions on how I was able to get the money and all. Please I am confused

2) if I need a deed of gift, we are not in the same country and with the whole covid restrictions I cannot travel over to her, can a lawyer in my own country of residence draft the deed of gift if it’s needed?
