Very funny. He is waiting to see if Federal govt. will sanction the states which disagree with 18th Jan. and he doesn't want people to see him as being a Yes-Sir governor. grin grin grin

Even here in Kebbi State...... you would hardly see anyone putting on facemask from young to old. NCDC will soon hide their faces in shame.
