Evening All, My sister graduated with 2:2 in anatomy. Please can anyone recommend which PGD/PGC she can enroll for N.B The initial ones I saw requires doing one prior certification like that and I don’t wish to follow that route Thanks in advance |

Oh dear! Sorry you can’t get to me lol! My training was not in Nigeria. And even if it were, that would be an honour. I’m licensed to practice in 2 EU countries and in Nigeria (very proud of it). Shame on you for looking down on Nigerian-trained medical doctors. Keep trolling yourself. You’ve been corrected by several people but you’re still sticking to your wrong information, only the good lord can save you. They are all referred to as yellow card as I stated previously but they are different. Keep being ignorant. deepwater: 6 Likes |

adeniyi3971 I’m pretty sure no one will care about the religion. You can use him. He needs to write a good sponsorship letter and explain why he’s choosing to sponsor you. You can strengthen your application if he shows some commitment to you. Like paying your tuition or sending you the 10k cad for living expenses (attach proof to your application). That way they’ll be convinced he’s serious about sponsoring you. Cheers adeniyi3971: 1 Like |

deepwater Is that the yellow card people fill in when traveling to Canada? If no, please stop typing your wrong information. The question clearly asked about the yellow card people traveling to Canada fill in (ps: I’m aware it’s not for Canada alone but for every departure before you come for me) Replying you is killing my brain cells. I’m only replying you to make sure you don’t confuse people but at this point I think people should have gotten the right info so I’m done. For newbies or people preparing to fly please as at the time of writing this post, a yellow fever vaccination card or an international certificate of vaccination is not needed when traveling to Canada from Nigeria. The “yellow card” people have been talking of in their landing story is the immigration departure card which you would be given at the airport to fill in (see picture below) Have a great day deepwater: 10 Likes

Chocs: the problem here is that your brain cells are not actually coordinating with what your eyes are seeing for sake of good order look at the OP initial question lentomac: the question was simple, What does YELLOW CARD means? you went ahead to upload what i would rather call an academic poison - a departure card!!!! My dear, you uploaded a departure card because it is yellow in color and not because it means a YELLOW CARD. you brain cells could not coordinate again as the eyes started seeing yellow everywhere! the OP never asked if that was the yellow card people going to canada fills. S/He said lentomac: See my dear, your Nigerian passport being green in color doesnt make it a GREEN CARD! I hope you see how u misfired? Nurse eliza wey dey form doctor 1 Like |

Good evening NLs! Trust we had a good day! For those waiting for their good news, best believe it'd come knocking. I have a quick question. How do I show times to home country? My dad has 2 properties but he only has papers for 1. How do I prove that it's a tie? Also, does the property have to be in my name? For my application the only thing that bothers me is the ties to home country. |

Restoredglory:Hello, more often than none, you will be required to pay at least your first semester fees by the VO before you travel, but then again I think it's solely down to the VO'S discretion. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by adeenzo(m): 11:29pm On Jan 04, 2021 |
NSE19: Prove of home ties is very dicey, in my case I literally had no home ties; i ain't married, no kids, no landed properties, i only had a job as an IT systems administrator in a fintech company, all my siblings and my mom are all Canadian citizens, so there was literally nothing to tie me to my home country, I just believe that your SOP should be convincing enough showing how you can use your course of study to positively impact your home country. Kindly wait to get other people's view on this Thanks 2 Likes |

Hmmmm guys I'm just seeing this reference letter thingy in addition to MBS oh. I thought the reason for MBS was to show credibility for account statement since its sent directly to IRCC and cannot be faulted or forged. Hence, I didn't know about getting reference letter to support it oh. The only reference letter I got was from FBN and that's because they're not able to provide MBS. This was to show credibility for the account statement of which I got them to stamp and sign on every page. Make una clarify biko as na PPR I dey wait for oh, 20 calendar days for NSE don pass. It will end in praise for us all... awys: 2 Likes |

NSE19 Do you have a job where you can get a study leave letter from? That’s a good home tie too Any community involvement? Volunteer work? Religious commitments? Is your dad your sponsor? You can include the docs for his land. Property belonging to your parent counts as well especially if you’re young. Best wishes NSE19: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by olasubomy: 11:40pm On Jan 04, 2021 |
NSE19: There are several ways you can proof ties to your home country depending on your story; (1) If you currently have a job, you can get a study leave letter from your current employment and Letter of Reference/Introduction from your HR unit. With this document, you can demostrate to the VO, you are coming back to your job after your studies. (2) Your Pension statement of account can also be a home tie. (3) The property does not need to be in your name since he is your biological father - This can be a strong home tie if you are applying alone so you can demonstrate to the VO that you have responsibilites back home based on the key position you hold in the family, you can just do an evaluation of the property by a qualified Estate surveyor and valuer, the valuer can go a step further in addressing the document to The Deputy High Commission of Canada. (4) You can get sample old pictures like 4 or 5 that you took with your family as further proof. (5) If your parents has a business, attach all their incorporation documents - with this you can demostrate to the VO that you intend to come back home to oversee the family business. So it all depends on your story. I hope this helps. 2 Likes |

Lol! You’ve clearly not been following the thread, you just came in at a point and jumped in to give wrong information. Lentomac was asking about the departure card because he’s obviously not traveling to Asia and THIS THREAD IS FOR CANADA. He got the correct answer and was satisfied. You can keep hurling insults, you can insult everything but not my brain cells. They function very well, I wouldn’t be where I am today without good eyes and brain cells ( very important for medical doctors and researchers ) You’re just a terrible human being who looks down on everyone, after insulting Nigerian doctors, it’s now nurses. Lol! You’ll be alright. The fact that ICVP is referred to as yellow card does not make it the one lentomac was asking about. And does not make it the only card referred to as yellow card. If you’re wise you’ll know that “context” is important in most issues in life. I wish you peace and happiness with yourself so you stop spilling bile everywhere you go. Have a good day. deepwater: 11 Likes |

Hello englois, I believe you can as confirmed by one of the gurus earlier on this thread when someone asked thesame question. You only need to explain why you have to use the screenshot and include the TRF number for validation purposes. However, if you still have time to get the hard copy result, please do that by all means to at least reduce explanations to be done. N.B: whether you submit hard/soft copy, TRF will still be used to validate the result. All the best! It will end in praise for us all... englois: 2 Likes |
