Florida is a disappointment the Florida democratic party is nonsense even Alabama dems gave dems a senator when last did Florida dems deliver.Even Arizona and Georgia now have two dem senators each. The suburbs is now voting democratic I have a feeling it will be good for dems in 2022.Ohio and Iowa is something else too
It is a work in progress. Those Cubans and Nicaraguans not to talk of Panamanian Americans are scared to death hearing about socialism because of what they went through in their old countries but things are changing with the new generations.

That's a dead horse because no sane person in America takes him seriously anymore. Two weeks from now, he would be a nonentity in American politics.

A total and complete dead horse..you can say that again

The sadder they are, the happier we are. Good for us. Racism and Bigotry can only survive for a while before people realize that we all bleed Red and created equally by our Maker.

Loeffler did herself in when she was attacking black churches especially the one Rev Warnock used to shepherd and that was the fame church Dr Martin Luther King Jnr used to shepherd. That makes black people turn against her and her taking pictures with known Nazis doesn't help her too. She came out couple days ago saying she would join the Senators voting against Biden certification and that turned White Suburban Soccer Moms against her. How can you win being that stupid and ignorant.

Suprisingly Ossoff na 6 years oo.

If anyone told me around september/october and even till December that dems will win Georgia I will not believe it.

Dems need to defend Warnock and Mark Kelly seats in 2022 since they were both special elections I would never have believed that was how dems will win the senate with the help of Georgia when Maine and NC were easy pickups

I’m shocked too!!!

I was also expecting the pickups to be in those states you mentioned. I mean, as of October 2020, I never dreamed that Biden, Warnock and Ossoff would win their races. It’s simply incredible!

The one that shocked me the most is Susan Collins winning her reelection in Maine. That's a back breaker to me. Never thought she would wing her reelection in Maine.

In case you’re asking, Warnock and Ossoff will likely be sworn in, at the earliest, between next week Friday and the upper Monday, January 18

Stacey Abrams made this possible.

Also the dem unity in the runoffs and energy put in these races as well but it would never have been possible without Stacey Abrams,Latosha Brown and black voters so Biden and the democrats should never take blacks for granted

The republican party is very scared of Stacey Abrams right now and black voters so dems should pass the voting rights acts to enable more minorities vote and avoid voter suppression cheesy

Rev Warnock is giving a victory speech already. Good for him because his lead is much bigger than Loeffler can overcome. One down and one more to go.

You see that $2000 stimulus Mitch and some of his Republicans were working hard to deny millions of Americans? Well, who is going to have the last say now?
Let me reiterate, if Socialism means looking out for the poor especially tons of hardworking middle class Americans/ permanent residents that have lost their income and fallen into poverty because of a grossly mishandled pandemic, then, I am ALL for it!

A 33yrs old smart and confident guy breaking ground and following the footsteps of Biden who was first elected senator at age 27yrs.

Young nigerians need to complain less but focus on getting involved in government.

I said it here before, I have never seen America this low in all my years of growing up in Chicago. This is the worst economic period in America and it even rivaled the Great depression of 1929 that ushered in FDR and his new deal that turns Black Americans from Republicans to Democrats. That's the exact reason why FDR is the only President that won election four times and they have to make constitutional amendments to limit presidency to two terms.

Previously, the minority voting bloc was not respected, there was so much voter apathy in our communities, but not anymore.
Big credit to grassroots volunteers who continue to work tirelessly in educating minority/ black communities on the importance of voting. We are seeing the fruits of their labor. This effort did not start today because I know and see first-hand volunteers who have been working hard to increase the orientation in our communities for a while now.
