JaneYave: Selection bias. Those travelling abroad both need the test to leave the country and also have the money to pay for the test so you see more people in the higher income bracket coming up as positive. Or is it a woman selling pure water at 500 naira per day you want to take a 50,000 naira test? 1 Like |

If you want to do the right thing, arrest those violating the protocols, take then to court and fine then the next business day, everyone will sit up. This one you are warning as if you are a headmaster in a primary school will not work for Lagosians. Except you are preparing a future excuse for Lockdown, then we understand that, we ain't kids. 2 Likes |

Truthfully, Lagosians are one of the most lawless set of Nigerians ever to walk the face of this country. Mr Governor, rather than appeal to them, try and enforce the COVID-19 guidelines as recommended by the ministry of health. Appealing to Lagosians is like appealing to a he-goat not to eat grass. It usually fall on deaf ears. So you do the needful. Enforce the guidelines and stop appealing. Period. |

joseph1832: Don't single out Lagosians please... The average Nigerian is like that, especially in the face of worsening standard of living. Lagos seems like that because of how overpopulated they are... They should bring the message closer to the populace: Street to street, house to house, door to door!!! |

Rootprof: Sanwo-olu is just a puppet lacking true leadership grit... Whenever I look at him, I don't see the governor of the biggest state in Nigeria... I merely see an errand boy of a ruling cabal!!! I don't hate the man (I like his person actually), but the truth must be said... Lagos needs a true no nonsense leader! 1 Like |
