Blame, blame, blame?!

You oafs don't get it.

The establishment can blame him and the media and you guys can parrot it as many times as you like but the rank-and-file can't will never blame Trump. Trump voters are Tea party members, they don't give a flying f*ck about the GOP. It is only a vehicle/platform.

So what, Mitch lost his Majority seat. Boo hoo! He and Paul are the past. Cruz and Gaetz are the future.

Jokers, imagining they'd blame the President who gave conservatives the Supreme Court for the next generation because of Senate majority that can be won back within the next two election cycles once the Establishment candidates have been booted out.

Go watch what MAGA folks did to Romney on the plane to DC last night. Calling him a traitor.

There's a reason why even James Comey wrote in a Guardian piece yesterday that Trump must not be prosecuted and why Biden is yapping about fostering unity. Obama was re-elected with a larger House and Senate majority in 2012, and establishment Republicans were panicking. Guess what happened 4 years after.

The Freedom Caucus is going to the roots to take the reins. The Coalition+the Establishment did some nice things policy wise over the last 4 years, from immigration to trade deals to the courts; but every partnership comes to an end. We've been playing this game with Mitch and co since W Bush, but it's time to dislodge the establishment. We finally have the numbers, conviction, and an indisputable reason!

It's not only blame Trump. So who should the House Republicans blame for picking up more than half a dozen House seats? Buhari!

If people cannot accept fair losses then they should stop being politicians
For democracy to continue to flourish there needs to be a winner and loser and the opponents should be ready at any time to be either.

See Stacey Abrams turned her loss to a blessing for the democratic party losing is not the end of the world in life you win some you lose some

That's the old Republican party!

Stacy Abrams herself did not accept her "fair loss."

Democracy flourishes when most of the populace are invested in it. That stopped happening a long time ago. Right now, it is tribal. For that to end, this current system needs a reboot, not a so-called "return to normalcy". Normalcy is what led to this in the first place.

So yes, going forward, most Republicans will not concede. The PA GOP legislature refused to swear in a Dem legislator this week over fraud concerns. And so it will continue to escalate until this BS stops. The Parliament in England started as a quasi-institution formed by the Crown who held total control. Over time, the Parliament became the primary authority of the State and the Crown a figure-head.

Those who think this form of democracy where the urban population decide how the rural population live is sacred and will never change will come to a rude awakening. Attached is the Georgia Senate Runoff map that apparently gave Warnock the win.

And more Democrats are running away from deep-blue states to Red state cities to f*ck with their elections and policies. Then they'd tell you it's minorities and suburban moms. Tell me, how long do you think ordinary conservatives will stomach that crap until they say enough.

You'd have to ask yourself why/how the Tea Party would let their candidate get rigged out of the white house.

Rigging is not a new thing. I was chilling when W Bush rigged himself in.

That did not save his legacy. Getting Trump in was a proof of concept. You needed coalitions, a once-in-a-hundred-years pandemic, and both establishments+intelligence agencies+mass+social media to take back the White House and still lost House seats and have to use a tie-breaker in the Senate which is a rarity.

To be clear, there are Tea Party faithfuls who think it's the end of the world, but I'm not one of them. I approach events over longer horizons, not two year election cycles.

You're saying liberals will never be able to install a true progressive so as not to spook off Independents. But the Tea Party was able to install a constitutionalist and Independents signed on. Bush took America to a fake war and gave the globe the Great Recession and we had a neo-Tea Party President 8 years later. You really want to bet that Trump will be the last neo-Tea Party President in American history? Or do you think we have to look far to find a charismatic figure with Trump populist policies?

For crying out loud, Trmp won more votes and got more minority votes than his last showing. Apparently, he got more minority votes in Georgia in November than both either Republican candidates in the runoff. Also he apparently lost by 12k votes with 5 million votes cast in November but both Rep candidates will apparently lose by many times that figure with only about 4.6m votes cast!

That's at least 200,000 Trump 2016 and 2020 voters who apparently said; you know what, Mitch and the GOP can go to hell!

There are Trump supporters alright and they're waiting for the Freedom Caucus to institute a hostile takeover of the GOP and hold the reins in Republican states. That's what happened in Texas and Florida. If you like conduct a million elections there, Trump will still defeat Biden. And you'd know the projections before 11PM EST on election night. No time for mail-in ballot dumping, ballot curing, and early voting.

That's why when I say Kemp and Ratface are done, it's not speculation. Their political careers are over. Likewise in Arizona. Trump cannot get better results in Florida, Texas, Iowa, Ohio, even North Carolina; then supposedly "lose" reliably red Arizona and Georgia, and then establishment cronies will say it's because of Trump's tweets or character. So those other five states that were called actual tossups are not in America, they're in Mexico?

And you expect local conservatives to swallow that odious turd! Because you think they're as ret*rded as you who believed Bernie wasn't another milquetoast grifter.

You are taking a victory lap on a movement that got to install a one-term President, by chance. What you are seeing is the illusion of entrenchment of any sort of Tea-party movement. This illusion is fostered by Trump's ability to distort reality. We give that to him.

However, just like the Nazis were defeated, even when it seemed impossible at some point, all forms of extremism - right or left - will come to their well-deserved demise. Even when 74m people rise in support of it, 90 million people will rise against it, and establish a structure that ensures that demise stays put.

The moderate position will always prevail because there are far too many people with common sense.

Republicans turn on Trump after Georgia loss

“Trump is the cause of this, lock, stock and barrel,” said one Republican strategist. “But when you’re relying on someone to win you a Senate race that also lost statewide eight weeks prior, you’re not in a position of strength.”

The immediate recrimination is emblematic of the complicated GOP dynamics that have emerged after Trump’s loss in the November election. Fissures are forming as Republicans decide whether it's useful to cling to Trump — even as he tries to subvert an election — or to distance themselves. And if the Georgia races are any indication, it appears Republicans are willing to turn on Trump if he can’t reliably turn out the vote for candidates in the months and years ahead.

When asked why Republicans didn’t prevail on Tuesday, a senior Senate Republican aide simply said: “Donald J. Trump https://www.politico.com/news/2021/01/06/republicans-turn-on-trump-georgia-loss//

The moderate position will always prevail because there are far too many people with common sense.

What you want to happen and what you think will happen are two different things.

Eeyah! This one is giving himself a pep talk.

The Nazis rose to power on the back of the promise to make Germany the predominant power in Europe. They didn't succeed with their direct confrontation, but they inflicted enough damage that their enemies offered whatever they needed so they never had a reason to go that extreme again. 70 years later, Germany is in fact the predominant power in Europe using the resources of their former enemies and the British Empire collapsed.

Today, the same Britain is running out of a Germany-controlled European Union. And France is threatening that if there are no reforms, they too will leave.

That's an extreme example, but that's the thing about deeply-rooted movements. Change MUST occur. It can be delayed, but it is inevitable.

Thinking American cities will hold the cards forever is the exact kind of arrogance the monarchies in Europe had until the American Revolution happened.

So yea, of course we'd take a victory lap over installing a neo-Tea Party President. Ask progressives what happened to the last President they installed-JFK. The next Tea Party President is coming, and I can assure you, he'd make Trump seem like Washington. Since e b say na only strong-hand dey make una get sense!

What will happen will happen. What I or you want has nothing to do with it. You don't alienate half of any major power and expect to hold hands and sing Kumbaya forever. It has never happened before in history. It will not start now because Jack Dorsey founded Twitter.

The Roman establishment also welcomed minorities/immigrants, gave them citizenship, and used them to seize power from time to time. It's the same immigrants that sacked Rome, and it was the citizens that opened the gates, while the establishment figures fled. You minions b making sh*t trend on Twitter when your liberal elites have built fully-stocked bunkers in New Zealand. Read up on it: Just type "bunkers in new zealand".

Moderates?! What a joke. You've forgotten France had moderates when they packed German Jews and shipped them back to Nazi Germany until Hitler decided he'd try to be the next Napoleon or that America was chilling while Hitler ravaged from 1939 to 1941 until the over-ambitious Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor which prompted them to join the War. Or that our friends in Spain who had no problem committing genocide in South America were neutral during the War.

No b only moderates, na moderators!
