I also shake my head when people say that Trump would still be a very powerful kingmaker when he leaves office because of all the money he has raised.
Soon as Trump leaves office,many Republicans would either publicly or privately be spurning out negative things about him and his actions in office, again for their own selfish interest,that even all that money he has raised would not be that powerful again.
Asides that,there are many lawsuits waiting for him to contest against that he maybe so distracted and drained by the time he is dragged from one court to another or is constantly being harassed in his office or offices when legal search warrants are executed on him and his companies.
Finally,there are also some hard leaning democrats that would pressurise many states or attorneys to pursue criminal charges against Trump,but new and old,if only to make him a paperweight if not powerless politician.

The power of that office he holds is what is still fuelling some of these supporters actions and belief.
When he leaves office,that power goes and reality dawns,what will he have over them,his money and his lies and those can only go that far.
Anyway,I maybe partly wrong and it's only after January 20,we would all know.
