ositadiima1: Happy New Year guys. I said I was going to start trading the strategy with 1 mil and that is what I did. The strategy spit out MANSARD and so I bought it, no question asked just a few searches on this thread and noting negative turned up. I am up 12% already, let's see what happens between now and 3 months time. I might exit before then if it goes above 50% though. If it goes down I hold till march ending and count my losses. @Mcy56 I owe u, and I always pay my debts. |

https://www.thecable.ng/access-bank-completes-acquisition-of-zambias-cavmont-bank Access Bank acquires Cavmont Bank. That means lower dividend for you people because money must come from somewhere. And Access still wants to buy Atlas Mara. What does Access really want? 1 Like |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yMcy56: 6:49pm On Jan 06, 2021 |
investorMK:1. You watch your entry price and buy cheaper, when it appreciates, you sell. You can also make profits by buying dividend paying stocks. 2. Open acct first, then withdrawal will be taking care of. Different brokers have different means of fund withdrawal. 3. Morgan Capital Securities 4. Depending on your purse and investment objective......maybe you want to go long term as investor or as a trader. You can actually be both. 5. There's no investment without its associated risks but can actually be minimized. |

OBAGADAFFI:I didn't see anything for my tashere units o. I've checked my CSCS acct, nothing there. Is it First Registrars that's supposed to credit it or Afriprud ? First Registrar is handling UPDC while REIT is Afriprud.......hope I didn't mix it up sha.. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by OBAGADAFFI: 6:59pm On Jan 06, 2021 |
yMcy56: I think it is Afripud contact the registers |

I don’t understand why GTB is going down and Zenith is not following suit. This makes no sense to me at all (stocks should follow the market leader)

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Localemperor: 7:16pm On Jan 06, 2021 |
OBAGADAFFI:So do you suggest I keep Chaka for international stocks? How do one know when new stocks are listed and those that are out of date but still appears on the dashboard, or does NSE makes announcement on new stocks? Thanks |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by OBAGADAFFI: 7:17pm On Jan 06, 2021 |
moneymanager: Probably due to delisting and relisting as Holding company. Just my opinion 2 Likes |

KatchyKobo:This question has been answered here times without number. 1. Visit this link to download various registrar's forms: https://sec.gov.ng/public-notice-the-e-dividend-mandate-activation-forms-of-various-registrars-are-now-available-for-download/ 2. Fill and submit via mail to each registrar or you take it to their office. 3. Afriprud and United Securities now have online E-dividend submission process. Google the link......though it's been posted here too. 4. You will need enough patience and perseverance to deal with some Registrars, they can frustrate someone but you have to endure to the end....e.g. Datamax.... ** Also, you needed to have some of the stocks in your portfolio for ease of processing....even if it's 10units first. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ukay2: 7:37pm On Jan 06, 2021 |
OBAGADAFFI: With CSCS online account, it's very visible upon logging in.... Thinking of buying more UPDC |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by OBAGADAFFI: 8:17pm On Jan 06, 2021 |
Localemperor: NSE and your broker will notify you about the status of stocks listed on the account exchange. You keep Chaka for international stock and use registered brokers for Nigerian stocks. Note that Chaka is not a broker in any country (international or local), they are just middlemen. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by OBAGADAFFI: 8:19pm On Jan 06, 2021 |
ukay2: But you can't buy with online CSCS, you can only view with annual subscription. |

emmanuelewumi: I don't quite have the volume I need. I wanted 1m units. I picked up a few at the #3.2 levels, hoping it would come down to the #3 or lower to complete mh target. Some people just jack up the price like play like play. I picked up a few at #5.1 today, am very reluctant to raise my average above #4. |
