This is not true, she can't be a doctor at a Federal Government hospital at 22.

Lets assume she got into uni at 16, she will spend 6 years in medical school. Then one year for house-job. One more year for NYSC.

So that makes her 24 years old upon completion of NYSC. ( That's if there were no breaks like she finished med school this month and started house job at least next month. Finished house job this month and started nysc next month. Which will all know isn't even possible)

If you were a doctor/surgeon, I'd advise you acquire the grace of carefulness so that you don't forget surgical tools inside your patient's belly.

However, you're a wannabe so I'd urge you to read carefully next time. I could have used Medical Doctor but chose to use MBBS GRADUATE . You think it was not purposeful?

I saw some of them in the hospital during my last visit working with their Chief consultants. Young pretty medical doctors. Fine face with figure 8. The beautiful ones are not yet born, indeed.

These girls gain admission in Private universities at 16 these days. No ASUU strike or prolonged semester. In less than 6 years, they are done.

Check the medical sector boss. It's rare to see old women graduating from there because of the amount of reading and dedication required.

I think when it comes to a relationship everyone is busy but it takes time and dedication to keep it running. I think the first thing you need is an empathetic woman who has similar goals to you. That is someone who is moving in the same direction with you. Preferably someone who works remotely so that when the time comes for you to move she can easily move.

Set a year that you'd like to marry and work towards it. If it's five years look for someone who also wants to marry in five years time.

List the qualities important to you and you'll know where to look for your woman.

Make out time daily to communicate and gist. Thankfully this is a time of technology so you don't have to see physical to talk. There's video call and voice call. Surprise each other with gifts regularly even tho little. It could be poems written, songs, cards handmade and delivered with logistics companies, etc..

You can set a time to talk. Eg, 1 hour 7pm every day or, if your schedule is unpredictable, just 1 hour everyday. Make it a habit to send text messages and just check up on them.

Tbh, no one actually has time. We're all busy. But you must make time and dedicate yourself.

There was once a time I dreamt of having the life I have now but now that I do, I don't feel so sure again.
2019, I was so optimistic i'll settle down before the end of 2020. Well, I would blame it on the pandemic but not entirely. I would say it was my fault in some way.

2020, I said i'll try again in 2021. Guess what, I got a job offer which pays double of what I currently earn. It's too good an offer to pass by, but then it reduces my chances of getting married this year.

Oh, I also forget that I'm travelling to the U.S this March on a type rating course which will take a couple of months. After that, I'm thinking of relocating to S.A for the new job.

In a nutshell I've zeroed any plans of settling this year.
I feel like my career is the problem here or am I procrastinating too much?
I have all I need except time.

If you've ever been in such a situation how did you handle it?
