Isn't that a death wish in a State that the Governor and his aides are making public pronouncements every single hour about the danger of this deadly Trumpvirus. I have seen few hawkers on the streets selling facemasks and I know I have seen some that looks like homemade but the point is that people are having gatherings and social parties without protecting themselves. Real scary to me because my Cousin told me that the virus is killing a lot of people in Lagos but the people don't care. I am used to going to this beautiful Chinese Restaurant not far from my place in Ikeja and the place is closed for eat in. The restaurants in Ikoyi are the same except those ones will deliver for you knowing you will tip them handsomely. I just hope that our people do not need to play Russian roulette with their lives especially with what they have to go through in a stressful city like Lagos.

What building assets ?. Those that are heavily mortgaged. His biggest asset is right across from my office bldg on Wabash and Wacker by the River and that is the 97 Storey Trump Tower Chicago and that building is heavily mortgaged that I am damn sure that he has no equity in there if sold. My cousin friend told me that he lost three friends in one week in Lagos all in their thirties due to Trumpvirus. That's scary. This is my first time I did not go out much and I really missed all those nice Restaurants in IKJ and Island and I surely miss my fish peper soup place in Falomo with stuffed shrimp. Hopefully things will go back to normal soon.

This is evidenced in our very low infection rate and lower death rate due to covid infection in spite of our very careless almost nonchalant attitude. I knew we were relatively immune from the virus when I went to computer village at the height of the lockdown when there was a one day on, one day off shop and market days. On every market day, the crowd was do much that we were all practically breathing down each others nose. And this was duplicated throughout all the major markets like ASPANDA, ladipo, Alaba. If we did not breakdown then, I knew we would never breakdown ever from coronavirus. Our hospitals are not overwhelmed with sickness and death, so I guess that there must be other factors that's not allowing the virus overwhelm us. It seems to have more effects on rich and old folks who travel overseas constantly.
