Hey.... your profile will fetch you Canada PR if you dust IELTS. Because your HND will count as two or more certificates after evaluation. And you're still within the age bracket coupled with your work experience considering it is in an eligible NOC. This one will also quicken your marital transition which Europe will not offer in the short term because you can't tell how quick or when you can get residency in Europe. Ciao.

PR process duration differs from person to person. But the most important thing is to sort your IELTS and ECA and secure ITA.

Because even if you get a study visa or any other one to move abroad, it will still take time to get residency which Express Entry will offer you from day 1 your application is approved. Again, you don't want to go and spend huge money on study abroad to be struggling for residency afterwards. So if you start the PR process now, there is that chance to get it sorted before the end of the year. You can start by evaluating your degree and then study to take IELTS. Cheers.

What you'll do is to target the smaller Schegen countries so that it'll be easier for you to work there.

4. Norway
5. Finland

Norway require block account like Germany and his 3million is not enough for the block account, equally Finland won't be easy for him because cost of living in Finland high too, so Estonia, Poland Lithuania he can check those one.

Why Estonia, why not Poland or czech this two country have job with least unemployment rate, and u don't need IELTS to apply, only that Czech visa take long time like 2months but Poland within 2weeks to one month, Poland is better for him because they have growing economy with job scattered every where but salary is less when compared to Estonia, tuition fee is equally less in Poland and Czech, anyone u choose u can use 3m to leave Nigeria via study route to some eu country.

It's enough if you'll be going to Poland and Lithuania.
I'm not too sure about Estonia because, you'll still need to travel to Egypt or turkey for your visa interview. There's no Estonia embassy in Nigeria
