Winner0718: Lodgement of funds, it will be flagged by VO. This is a big case for denial, please give more time after the transaction before you apply, like say 4 months. I don't know if providing evidence of source of such funds will help your case, for instance, sales receipt of land and agreement, etc. Goodluck! 1 Like |

Hi guys. Please is there anyone here who knows about Seneca College, Ontario here? Or perhaps someone who's studying there already? I intend to apply there for a diploma but I'm worried about how to survive, especially on finance issue. Can I get a scholarship that will get me there and work to sponsor myself? Please anyone with experience about this should please guide me. Thanks in advance |

Celoexpress: Hello Celoexpress, Your sponsor should approach the bank or account officer to request for it. Ensure your sponsor go with a draft instruction on a letterhead paper authorizing the bank to generate the MBS. The letter should contain your name, purpose, duration to be generated (1yr) etc. Just in case, if you're going on your sponsor's behalf, ensure that any space with canceled or over inked words should be signed under by your sponsor. This will save you a lot of stress, especially if you live far or don't have easy access to your sponsor. Best of Luck 1 Like |

Philadelphia: Hello Philadelphia, As already mentioned before, there is no one format in getting this sectioned filled. However, this is how I would fill it. Tuition: $25,000 R & M: $11,000 Other: $2,000 Available Funds: $38,000 The extra $28,000 will be to demonstrate your financial sufficiency without exhausting all your funds for the intended study purpose. N.B: You're only demonstrating funds for one (1) year. Best of Luck |

Have u given your biometrics? if possible consider doing an upfront medicals. Also is there a possibility of deferring the admission in case you do not get feedback in time? Omolayo02: |

JosephYemsol: Hello JosephYemsol, From what I understand about your post, you only want to use the gift of funds to demonstrate your LE and to answer the question of fund lodgement. If this is correct, then there is no need for the Gift Deed since her BS won't be used to support your application. You can directly from her account purchase GIC except you want the funds to first hit your account before it is used to achieve its purpose. Then you can use the Deed Gift to answer the question of lump sum. Sorry if I missed your application storyline. In the first paragraph, I proferred my answer from a self-sponsored perspective.
