Teamies and senior teamies, has anyone been doing this nipple cleaning?

The first day I did, these black stuff covering the nipple were peeling and I was like so it's true

It's never too late. Please get the breasts ready for breastfeeding. The cleaning will ensure the pores of the nipple get opened ready to pour out food for our lil ones.

Please have anyone had such experience and how safe is it to take antibiotics (Augmentin - Amoxicillin and Clauvinic acid)?

Are you trying to conceive? If no, look for estrogen cream....that was what helped my ministry years ago

So last time when I took baby for checkup the doctor recommended a pelvic belt called an SI belt for the pain but he asked me to wear it very low. Today when I was feeling the pain I sha tied a small wrapper very tight at that spot (since I never buy belt). I tied it really low, around the widest part of my hips, not close to my tummy at all. By the time I was taking the wrapper off the pain had really subsided.

I guess the idea is to keep the pelvic bones from moving about because I swear I could hear them moving about when I was pregnant... That grinding/clicking sound lol.

The doctor also said applying heat to the lower back (that exact spot you're feeling waist pain... Just above the bum) will bring some relief.

This is the main reason I started this thread. Preeclampsia is scary I had it with my son @ 20 weeks, then my daughter I got it after I delivered her at 37 weeks. With this pregnant I’m constantly praying and checking Bp 2x daily. Try to lower your salt consumption and have them always check your urine fir protein. Remember if you ever get the feeling something ain’t right follow your gut and go get checked out.

Never knew anything about it until I had my third baby in October. It was so severe. I came back to life by God's grace. That's why I will keep screaming it so no one experiences it

sorry for the loss. God will do another very soon. I had a similar situation in October 2020. I did evacuation at 12 weeks and decided to see a gynecologist , I was placed on some drugs which I took for 1 Month. I conceived immediately after my first menses after evacuation. Am now 6 weeks pregnant but went for scan and was told there is threat. So I was placed on bed rest and progesterone injection twice weekly for 12 weeks. I took the first yesterday. I pray God answers your prayers soon. Start meeting with your hubby as soon as your are healed. Please you all should pray for me . I want to carry this one to full term

Try blending watermelon dates honey coconut milk
Together and drink you can also add cloves and peakmilk

Or soak cloves in water and drink the water
If you like sugarcane you take as much as you can

What works for me is edibles and water based lubes. I’ve had to stop edibles cos of pregnancy but the lives have been helpful

Ha. I had uti at 6 weeks and the drugs I was prescribed wasn’t this strong pls o. I was given one antibiotic and a liquid one but I’ve never heard pregnant women using augmentin

My problem now is when i wake up my legs hurt a lot. But after going out of bed everything will be okay. I hope their is no problem pls help a ftm thanks

The same thing happened to me especially the injectables that thing show me shege so I stopped . Lubricants worked for a while before it got worst again. Maybe you should switch to another kind of family planning .
