so does it mean that the School in UK can't actually find out if one has actually been refused a visa in for example Canada?
Because I applied to Bedfordshire university, I have been denied Visa twice from Canada, but when they asked me if I had been denied a visa in another country I ticked 'yes' and uploaded only one of the visa refusal letter instead of the two refusal letters....So I don't know if the school in UK can actually do a background check from the Canadian embassy to check this information.
Please I need your answer. Cos I feel discouraged.

I also did my biometrics on the 4th Jan n I haven't gotten a decision mail yet.. Hopefully by Monday it should be ready

Bedfordshire university has given me a conditional admission to study Msc project management for May 2021 intake. And I added just one visa refusal letter from Canada to the application....hope they won't see it as too many immigration refusals and withdraw their admission from me...Thats my worry right now. That's why I was trying to find out the school that didn't issue CAS to that guy and how many refusal letters he applied with

- How many years post study can we get as a family?
- if Visa is granted, is it a must I travel with my family (plan to still hold on to my job)
- Course intake is March 2021, is it too close to file an application?

From experience reading through other peoples posts, find below

1. 2 yrs, thats after the completion of your study
2. No. it is not a must. if you eventually want to relocate in the course of her study, you can still do that or get a visitor visa to visit them
3. No, but i will advice that you use Priority.
