That what they are thought in school, i know of a medical doctor, the only thing he knows how to do best is to administer pounds of water on patients sometimes 10, 12...he doesn't want to know the patient condition, once you are there drip straight...

the fault is from the patient and not doctor. you well see a person having toothache and you won't go to the hospital to know what is happening and you will prefer using fuel or going to iyanoba market to meet aboki and the aboki will tell you that it's worm that is there, he will give you something to apply so that the worm will die. after a year or two the crown of the tooth us already gone. so how will the RCT work. just answer this question op

I honestly don't know of it's Laziness or what but Nigeria Doctors always go for the last option which is Extraction.

They would rather opt for Extraction and would never suggest root canal treatment, even if a person have removed 4teeths, they will still opt for Extraction.

Most developed country would be happy to do all they can and when there is no way out again before they opt for Extraction. Keeping as much natural teeth as possible is the best, why then do Nigeria dentist always opt for Extraction?

Sadly, if you insist on restorative measures, the will tagged you stubborn patient. Tired much.

They don't. They usual only suggest extraction once the root is dead. Once the root is dead the enamel will decay no matter what so what will be the point of keeping it? At least the reputable ones.

To save a tooth/teeth is more expensive than to remove it.
In Nigeria ,when you tell your patient the amount for RCT and crown, and the amount of extraction, they will say please remove it.
