Sorry boss for responding late. it's still 12-12500 here. The decline is slow but would take pace from second week as market opens up. Truth be told the least we may get oil this year would be around 7k. They may not be any significant drop even with the boarders opening. This is partly due to high cost of processing utilities.

Again let us not expect buying oil at less than 7k this year even at peak periods. The cost of producing is getting high.

Let me share a story to motivate someone here. An undergraduate contacted me to supply 50kegs of oil in Zaria last year. I did at 7k all cost. Long story short, I resold those oil for him last month at 22k each. Do the maths. He's already a millionaire.

@donparosky, very sweet of you for this update, and i will so much be glad being part of your team.
last week, i bought 31 gallons of 25litrs oil at #14,500 here in crossriver, i dont know of the current price right now, though #14,500 was as result of me and my colleague are new, a lot of middle men, which made it a bit high, getting oil directly from d millers is not that easy, because they all have their regulars, which made it difficult to buy from them, i believe it because we are new, but with time i believe we will be having our own direct millers.
