Deltapointer.com reports that opposition and Activists group, Delta Lives Matters, has Appealed to Governor  Wike of Rivers State To Invite governor Okowa of Delta State, his counterpart in PDP for Tutorials On Good Governance and Lists Various Crimes and corruptions committed by Okowa's Administration.

Complement of the season and a happy new year to our wonderful, workaholic
and performing Governor of Rivers State.

Your Excellency, permit us to use this medium to briefly introduce our
organisation to you sir.

DELTANS LIVES MATTER is a global movement of all deltans both at home and
in diaspora, we are committed to the peace, economic growth,
infrastructural development, job creation, good governance of our State and
prosperity to all deltans.

We have been following your activities in your state in terms of
infrastructural development, job creation, prompt payment of salaries as at
when due, attracting investors and businesses of various sizes into your
state as a result of the enabling environment you created, peace and
security of lives and properties that you took dearly as one of the
cardinal points of your administration.

We are living witnesses to the way and manner your administration is
dealing with the issue of traffic gridlocks in your state through the
construction of numerous standard roads and flyovers.

We are not unaware of your administration's resolve to link riverine
communities with Port-Harcourt city through the construction of highways
and bridges.

We are indeed grateful to God for creating you a Niger-Deltan from our
South-South geopolitical zone.

Sir, space will not permit us to start listing your projects and
administration's achievement in all areas of governance.

It is on record that Delta State receives both monthly allocations and 13%
derivation funds for oil producing communities far more than Rivers State,
yet you beat our Governor 90/10 in terms of projects and achievements.

Your Excellency, we are happy at the way you are inviting your colleagues
from other states to come over to your state and join you to commission
some of your projects, this gesture will make the non performing ones among
them to sit-up and do the needful for their people.

Permit us to use this medium to appeal to you to kindly invite Governor
Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State to come over and commission some projects in
your state, take him round the state so that he will see the wonders you
are performing in terms of infrastructures and project delivery, after
which you sit him down for tutorials on good governance and how to develop
a state for the attraction of investors, job creation and benefits of the
people.

Though, our Governor climbed through the various levels of political ladder
for over three decades but came out with an "F" grade, that is why we are
desperately looking for someone to tutor him in areas of governance, job
creation, security of lives and properties, infrastructural development,
agriculture, health, commerce and industry.

Sir, can you imagine that our Governor is awarding the first flyover in the
state for almost six years of his administration?

Are you aware that despite our huge monthly allocations, revenue
generation, 13% derivation funds for oil producing communities and other
monies our State is still owing pensioners/retirees their benefits and
other entitlements? Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa is using the 13%
derivation funds meant for oil producing communities to build a seven star
hotel that will worth over ten billion naira upon completion in Asaba, and
he has almost completed his private specialist (world class) hospital whose
structure alone worth over three billion naira in Agbor, built his
Northwest mega petroleum stations at Mariam Babangida junction by
Asaba-Benin expressway and the other one is directly opposite Oshimili
South LGA secretariat, but using a woman as front for the mega stations.

Okowa has used Delta State funds with impunity to acquire properties in
major cities of the Country and other parts of the world within five years
of his administration.

Could you believe that our Governor slashed workers salaries for two months
and stopped the payment of imprests for five months in the name of
containing Covid-19, this is apart from the #1billion he collected from Mr
President and the other money he secretly wrote the World Bank for.

Sir, our Governor placed over 90% of his immediate community people on the
State Government payroll to be receiving salaries and benefits of
appointees. We believe they will be absorbed into the civil service before
he leaves Office.

Meanwhile, he has bluntly refused to give account of his expenditures
concerning the Covid-19 issue, rather claimed that he and his family
members were infected with the virus in order to evade accountability.

Okowa, his family members and few of his friends are the only contractors
we have in Delta State. He award jobs to these people without recourse to
the State Executive Council or Tender Boards, all he does is to sit in his
bedroom and instruct the Commissioner in charge to issue award letter to
their companies.

His people are the only contractors who gets funds mobilisation for jobs
not done, while other contractors who were lucky to have little jobs have
to lobby his people before they could get paid for jobs done.

Are you aware that Okowa appointed his biological daughter, siblings,
in-laws and all his blood relatives into government to be feeding fat on
our State treasury? Okowa did it sir.

Please be informed that our State Governor is using the instrumentality of
his office to convert Government properties to himself for his personal use
including the massive expanse of Delta State Government House land he built
his Liberty Estate where he gave portions to Raymond Mgbakor, Fidelis
Tilije, Nwokolo and host of his cronies & boys.

Your Excellency, space will not permit us to list the crimes committed
against the good people of Delta State and the rape of our treasury by your
colleague and our Governor.

This is the reason why we are appealing to you to invite him over to Rivers
State for tutorial on governance after joining you to commission some
projects sir.

Gov authur ifeanyi okowa has always been an slowpoke...he's the worst gov Delta State has ever had.A total puppet in the hands of one idiotic female commissioner called mrakpor(alias ada anioma)whose husband is always a puppet like okowa...imagine a chief judge of Delta State.

What can Nyesomghosa Wikevie teach any sane person? To build flyovers to nowhere or to declare curfews like Abacha? Delta State predicament is easy to locate, if the people are ready to confront their opressors.. Iboris gang of evil friends has held Delta State down for more than 2 decades.. If Delta people don't find ways to retire the "ibori group", that state won't move forward an inch. The former governor, Uduaghan is Iboris uncle from his itsekiri maternal side. The current governor worked under Ibori during his first term and has consistently and openly pledged his unalloyed commitment to the socalled "Ibori group"! They simply share the states allocations at Asaba while the state looks like a bombed out Fallujah. Even when Ibori was in prison, they all managed to hold it together for him till he came back to 'possess his possession".
