I just went around town and most of the parks are yet to open so I couldn't get drivers going directly to Egbeda. The guy I usually use stops at Jibowu. It is not. I thought of the idea before starting my project as I so much love bricks and natural stones as exterior wall rendering. If you have the money, fire on with the bricks. It makes the house everlasting and differentiates your build from the rest within the neighbourhood.

Is that just a hunch and a nice round figure or based on quote from similar job?

Like someone said in their response to you, how does this brand/grade rank when compared to others like Tower, Ghana Imported, PVC and the likes? That's a better way to make comparison.

Get same contractor to give you a quote for other brands/grade, then you'll know which one falls within your budget bracket, then get other contractor(s) to quote for that same brand/grade you selected.

One good thing about windows is that there's always something for every budget.

to answer your question about knowing tower aluminium profile, Yes I do. the dimension of one of his windows 900 by 1500 is similar to mine. if you divide 620 000 naira by the number of windows in his quotation which is 16, you will get 38,750 naira. I was given a quote of 35k with net.
