You should order for both refusals.

Are you ordering it via a third party (ordering it yourself from Nigeria)? If yes, you’ll need:

-Your date of birth and full name as it appears on your immigration application

- Full name and date of birth of your spouse or common-law partner (if you have a spouse or common-law partner included in your application)

- Visa file number / UCI number

- Card for payment fo the fees (about 20 cad)

- Signed Consent Form giving IRCC the permission to release your info to the third party.

I saw your question about agents previously. You can order it yourself without any agent. Google “gcms notes sites” and choose any one you feel most comfortable with and follow the instructions.


If you have someone in Canada (PR, citizen, temporary resident) to order it for you, then the process is slightly different.

But I only have the UCI number for my first application. I no longer remember my log in details for my second application since I was just so disappointed and decided and I will not repeat the process. But I have the Application number for both the 1st and 2nd application (The number that is usually added to subject of the mails sent by CIC) So what do I do in this case. By the way I will appreciate if you can help in sending links via which I can request for my GCMS notes as the one I tried using directed me to make payment after clicking on the PLAN I selected without requesting for my details like my name, file number etc. is that how is works?

Also, please which of the GCMS am I requesting for: GCMS Basic for $12.99 or GCMS Basic with Explanation Report for $29.99 ?

Your hubby can apply once you arrived Canada and have secured your study permit document. I will advice you apply with your son since he is just a year old, then your hubby applies seperately. Though the reason for your son accompanying you to Canada must be very persuasive.

The mail has to be sent directly from the registered email address your sponsor has with the bank. I don't think its something you can do from your end. In the mail, your sponsor should clearly inform the bank that he needs a MyBank Statement Certificate addressed to the Canadian Embassy. His request will be attended to and he will be granted the certificate.

I just thought I should post this in case anyone needs the information.

After getting my PPR in October 2020, I did not get any response from IRCC regarding my children's application. I sent emails to all the email addresses posted on this forum. But I kept getting generic responses.

I got to know I needed written authorization for my kids. I sent an email requesting for written authorization and expedition of their visas.


This is the email:
IRCC.COVID-TravelExemptions-Exemptionsdevoyage-COVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

This email is for those who need written authorization for travel exemption This doesn't apply to those with study visa.

The following day, I got their PPR. In about a week, I got their written authorization.

Now Food analysis is part of the courses I’ll take during my Biotech program in centennial. My issue is it is my wish to study Biotech because it offers a lot of opportunity that Food Technology which is what I was considering. But can I still opt for the Biotech since good analysis and food biochemistry are part of the courses I’ll be taking?

The Ticket ID and password would be sent directly to his registered E mail address He can then forward to you once he receives it.

Biotechnology is your sporting chance for TRV success. Its very important you discuss briefly the research project you did during your undergraduate that stimulated your interest in Biotechnology. You could also possibly mention some of the core courses you did during your undergraduate degree that are relevant to your proposed program in Canada.

If no, please how did you send the IELTS and Mybank certificate statement...was it uploaded via webforms to different countries or via emails to different country emails or you uploaded it on your gc key account. If any of these, please how did you go about it?

I submitted the normal application documents, however on researching, I discovered the Nigerian Student Express (NSE) route and that it presented a faster route for processing applications.
Hence, I will be extremely grateful to have my application processed via the NSE route, as my school resumes January 2021.

To this effect, I have attached the two main documents (listed below) required for the NSE application route, alongside other supporting documents listed below:

1. MyBankStatement Certificate for my Sponsor (containing Ticket-number and password)
2. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Certificate (Overall Score of xyz)
3. School fees deposit evidence, Salary Account and professional certifications (files merged together).
4. Addendum to explain source of funds.
