Hello guys, please for those that use or intending to use split payment on AliExpress.
My question is what happened if the product did not arrive and you need to open dispute and ask for refund.

How do you go for refund if you use spilt payment on AliExpress?

Here is the reply I got from a seller when I asked him for such an offer:
The mobile phone I wanted to order goes for 129 usd. I had asked him to split the payment into 80 usd and 49 usd to enable me pay with 2 different debit cards. He accepted split payments, but offered to make it 100 usd and 29 usd instead, on the condition that if the percel get lost in transit, I would only be entitled to 100 usd refund, but forfeit the 29 usd.

Just use your address if it's in an accessible location. Just ensure you use the exact name on your ID card and use an active number so you'll be reached when it gets to your nearest post office

I got this message this morning and I am out of town for like a week but would be back today late hours. Probably around 5pm and by them they would be closed.

Any one with idea how much NIPOST now charge per item ?

And is there any additional charges for items unclaimed for close to a week ?

Depending on the item weight.

Also there is no additional charges as far as I know.

I have an item dispatched to overseas since 25 Nov. Till now no msg from the PO.

I didn't accept the offer, but told him I would have to wait for a couple of weeks to see if there would be upward reviews of the spending limit by my Bank to accommodate the actual order price. Then, I won't have to split the payment....The phone is not for personal use, but for someone. So such a risk in not worth taking.

Feel free to ask any question.. it will be better to ask an embarrassing question and get laughed at than making a mistake that will cost you a fortune..
For your question, all regular shipping goes through Nipost to your nearest post office which I hope you know already.. Thereafter, you're called, texted or it's brought to your address, depending on the mode of operation is your Post office, But if you ship via express couriers like DHL, etc, then it ceases to be Nipost's business..
Also remember to avoid 4px Singapore OM pro as your shipping courier.

Cainiao super economy global
Cainiao super economy for special goods or
Sunyou
For tracked shipping, use

The seller I wanted to buy from just replied me and said they will refund 100% full money if it did not arrive destination country
