well I always recommend COREN first #less stress and easier

I don't recommend doing both simultaneously , do it alternatively, whichever you choose you can always register for the other when your certificate is out just pay some amount #no exams

COREN is easier and no long process like NSE, when your complete your COREN and you have your certificate you will only pay sum to get MNSE.

Same as NSE if you start with MNSE when you get your certificate you will pay a sum of money to be registered under COREN

The cost of acquiring a COREN certification either through professional examination or via association through NSE just got raised

The new fees are listed below

COREN REGISTRATION CHARGES FOR ENGINEERING PERSONNEL VIA COREN
PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION.

Application & Processing Fee
N 15,000 + N 70,000  = N 85,000.00

Full Registration / Induction fee
= N 63,000.00 (after exams)

Total =N148,000.00


COREN REGISTRATION FOR ENGINEERING PERSONNEL VIA ASSOCIATION e.g NSE (no exams)

• four years post graduation experience
• your original degree certificate not statement.
• two proposers (registered COREN Engineers, with updated membership payment and Seal & Stamp).

•He will provide the proposers for you.
•You will get all updates regarding subsequent stages from him.

1. Depending on the individual if you know the engr s/he likely no charges

2. After you ve written the exams you get your notification letter, and another letter indicating you have paid your dues stamp seal and cert might take up to a year in some cases

3. Just add like 20k he/r function is only for the registration process
