Hello Digital Marketers, I've finished a couple of Digital marketing courses over the holidays and have successfully run campaigns for a couple of friends, my major issue is how to charge intending clients its either I go with packages or a certain commission or management fee unfortunately the course I studied was geared to the US especially on how to charge, but the technical part of the course was spot on, please ill appreciate if someone here can help me crush this issue, as I have a couple of clients to onboard already but I need an effective pricing model, so my clients and I will have a Win-Win situation if anybody has a model or template ill really appreciate it.

I would go with Commissions on ad spend. So if you someone has 100,000 to run ads and your commission is 20% then you take 20,000 and run ads with the rest.

I feel this is easier to explain to an average Nigerian business man than the rest.
