PLs whats the processing of applying for RENEWAL of visiting VISA for UK

Visas aren't "renewed". You apply for another one.
Follow the exact same process you followed to obtain the previous visa.

I just want to say thank you for this insight.

Update:
I received an email today to say that his application will now be reconsidered and looked into again.

Just a case of waiting now to hear back from them but I am pleased that at least that acknowledge the fact that they may have made an error on their part.

I must add this came after I received two emails saying it wasn’t possible to reconsider and to reapply. One from the online form where you had to pay, and the other email.
The positive response came from the complaints email. Initial email was sent to them on the 18th December.

I will keep everyone updates as soon as I hear back from them.

Many thanks and good luck to everyone waiting to hear from them.

Rerin:
To the best of my knowledge this is just a flimsy excuse which I believe you can tackle and win. Kindly send a detailed mail explaining the education system in Nigeria especially the ongoing ASUU Strike, pandemic and endsars which hindered smooth educational system. Explain there is no possibility of abandoning over 5years of sweat studying so as to over stay in UK. Search for the email addresses to send the mail to on this thread, I can't flip through not to miss these points. If it was me, I will state all this without any reapplication till I am justified. No time to waste money. Remember I went through route of denial with flimsy excuse, addressed with them and was granted.

UPDATE.
I got the Visa
Online submission- Dec 2nd
Biometric at Abuja center - Dec 14th
TLS mail for collection - Jan 7th (the 15th working day)
DHL delivered it today- Jan 12th

I made my online application very very simple keeping in mind my cover letter might not be looked at during decision making. So i maximized the use of the 1000 words place. I knew way back when exactly i will be applying for Visa so i took my time to prepare my bank account, the necessary supporting documents, Visa requirements and i read a lot of refusal mails just to know what i should avoid (Apart from the disposable income stuff grin). Most importantly, i did not LIE anywhere in my app.
I appreciate everyone on this thread esp giselle237 who seems to be an OG here and has knowingly or unknowingly contributed to the success stories of thousand of individuals. For those that got refusals, don't be afraid to start all over again and make sure to keep it simple.
Annonymous2:
Good afternoon everyone.
I just got to know about this disposable income stuff after I finished my biometric and it has been bothering me.
Monthly Income after tax= ₦330,127
Monthly expenses= ₦130,000
Disposable income= ₦200,000
Balance in savings account= ₦1,970,000
My approximate estimated travel expenses for 18 days are as follows:
1. Airline ticket [with return ticket] = ₦280,000
2. Accommodation = ₦282,212
3. Living expenses = ₦102,191
TOTAL = ₦664,403 which is a little bit more than 3X my disposable income as against a maximum of 2X being preached here.
I am going for PLAB 2 Exam (foreign licensing exam for doctors) and I submitted the necessary documents to back this up.
No shady credits in my bank statement.
Please do I still stand a chance to get the visa or the ECO will query the disposable income stuff?

@justwise, giselle237 and other knowledgeable elders in the house

I would appreciate if you could assist me with useful info regards my case

So I was in the UK for about 6 years (about 5 years for studies and about one year for work on Tier 2 visa). I have been back in Nigeria for 2 years now but I have gotten a job offer in the UK and hope to go back.

I am now at the tb test and visa application stage. However, I read that I am to come along with my UK address when I come for the test. I also saw in the visa application form that I need to provide my UK address too. The problem is, I don’t yet have a UK address as I intend to first stay in a hotel when I get there then look for a rented apartment afterwards. So what should I put in the UK address section for the visa application and what address should I use to attend my tb test appointment?

Also, while I was in the UK previously, I used to visit Nigeria like once a year or so and also visited other countries. The issue now is, I need to provide information on how many times I have visited the UK (with dates). Should this be the length of my previous UK visa or each time I re-enter the UK after visiting Nigeria or another country?

Lastly, a section of the visa application asked whether or not I have received medical treatment in the UK and when (with dates). This in my view is a difficult question. What is meant by medical treatment? Is it any type of visit at all to a GP (UK clinic) or maybe undergoing operation or surgery? Because I remember that sometimes I will visit the GP for very minor health issues and a medication would be prescribed fir me to buy or nothing prescribed at all (just general medical advise).
Now, do I include all these encounters with dates (which I can’t remember) or what do they mean exactly?

Your helpful inputs would be appreciated.
Cheers

1. Put the address of your organization in the UK anywhere u dnt have an adress for yet.

And by address for tb test, u will also use the adress of ur organization in uk. That is ur sponsor

2. Duration of uk trips is easy. Open ur passport. Every entry has an exit, fill like that for each trip u made into the UK.
I have forgotten how d form states but it is usually written there how many years ago history they want or so.. since u were on tier 4 and then tier 2 i am sure they will understand so just write details as u can

Do this for every country u have a travel history with. Date of entry and date of exit. That's what they asking.

3. Whether or not u have received medical treatment is for them to check if u assessed public funds, and/or have assessed medical treatmnt and have an outstanding or unpaid bill. Fill all information there, you do not know the checks they might do in this aspect, neither do I.
Be as honest as possible, anythin u cnt remember clearly, there is an additional information space, explain in that section any unclear details u want them to know.

A friend of mine who is 27 years old lives in Nigeria, but his mother who is about 70 years old travelled to the England when he was just 3 years of age, now that she is old, is there a way that she can send for him to come and take care of her in England considering her age and his age too?.. Is there any England visa law that makes provision for such a case?

Hello Able gurus in the house, I want to express my gratitude for your effort and support given to me when I was refused last year November 2020, Some of you advised me to seek reconsideration and review from the ECO that judged me wrongly inputting over £2000 as against my £1000 I planned to spend. Especially @ giselle237 he sent me the complaint email address I want to say thank you a lot.

Visa granted today. First application.

If u entering Uk from Jan 15, 2021 4am and beyond you need covid test. If entering BEFORE the above date and time, then you dont need.
