We didn't get decision mail.
Collection mail:12pm, today 14th Jan
TLS Abuja.
We tracked our application on TLS site this morning and saw 'transferred to VAC' and we got collection mail 3hours later. We ran to TLS to pick it up. First time we going to get visa on our passports.
Please note: for Oanda rate, we used pounds up and naira down. If what UKVI used was naira up, we wouldnt've gotten the visa cos the balance would be insufficient. It's advisable to be safe, all the same..cos it wasn't easy staying calm through the 15working days.

*Which is a faster process , ikeja or island ?

Yes, its priority. I tried tracking via the website the last update is "Application Reveived by DMC" also the TLS tracking app has not being working since yesterday.
I just thought collection mail will normally come after three(3) days of receiving decision mail

Hey guys, I got a mail from my school saying it is very important to submit original copies of documents for visa processing, that submitting photocopies will result to refusal.

I currently have a photocopy of my certificate, WAEC & letter of recommendation. Can I go ahead and submit photocopies pls?

Your next step is to pay your deposit and request for CAS.

Then go for TB test for you and your family as you await CAS to be sent to you. Meanwhile you should have your Proof of funds which will show you have enough money for maintenance of 9months and the remainder of your tuition fee for 28days. You still must show that you have enough money for all your family member for 9months also



Dont forget that it is a must you go with your partner if you are going with kids at the same time.

Your documents are scanned for submission, so it doesn't matter if they're in the original or a photocopy.

1. Yes, walk in is still in place.
2. No.
3. It depends. Though most people prefer Island.
4. She can use the same bank statement as long as it's not more than 30 days at the day of application.

Yes u can. If you already have an appointment date. Don't select any tls service.
On the ukvi services page just select priority and checkout.

Exchange rate used is the day you submit the application online...... apart from that date. No other day exchange rate matters to your application not even the exchange rate on day of biometric or tomorrow

So relax your mind
