I know there must be a councilor, a local government chairman, state house of assembly member, federal House of Representatives member, a senator and finally the governor of that state. I wonder what use is a federal govt that cant provide me with the common basic needs of a man. You have to pay for your private security, drill your own borehole, provide your own electrcity. Train your children in private schools because the public schools are dead. Provide your own road. The list goes on.

For years, the people of Ndiagweke, Ulepa Ntezi Community in Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State lacked portable water for drinking, cooking and even washing.

They depended solely on streams and rivers which Usually dry up during the dry season for water. Most of which aren't clean/healthy.
