There's no way people in Africa will not have such symptoms because of our dirty and dusty environment.
There are diseases in Africa killing more than covid 19 yet no one is isolating for it or locking down for it. True covid 19 exists but our government only does counting and issuing directives. What concrete medical equipment and infrastructures have been put in place to combat it. Only what they do is issuing directives, close schools, close religious worship centres, close markets, etc. What about providing tests and treatments all across Nigeria and supporting the masses with good economic policies that will enhance good quality of lives and engender keeping to the measures and protocols of covid 19.
Now each is on survival trek, economically, socially and medically.

If a broader test is carried out,I bet Nigeria's case won't be less than 5million and that would of course scare the hell out of Nigerians,the government and even foreign governments who would impose serious travel restrictions on Nigerians.
But majority of Nigerians with the virus just recover without knowing they had it in the first place.
The saving grace we have in Nigeria,despite the mass spreader events and places we have all over the country,markets,nimc centres,buses,bus stops,party events,is that the death toll from this virus is extremely low,if not sorry would have been our name.
I bet the real infectivity rate in a state like Lagos would be up to 20% if not more.
That's about 3-4million alone in Lagos!
But they move about,recover or have malaria like symptoms,treat malaria and during that same period,the virus runs its course and they never knew they had d virus and not malaria!!
