I had wondered why the issue of pertanity of children born to couple living together is generating so much ripples in recent time.
I have 3 children but they don't look exactly like me. In fact they do not have most of my physicaal attributes but 2 or 3 striking semblance known to only me.
I have a bit of a rectangular head which is a rare physical trait even in my family and I have a natural bald at the back of my head (I am very handsome, don't try me ). All these are not noticeable cos I often wear afro.
All my kids have the bald. And with same oblong shaped head. I do not withstand filth and my sons do not spend a minute in a filthy place, they will start screaming.
The point is that there must be one or 2 significant trait or attribute that would tell you without any iota of doubt if you are the father of your babies.

How about when the real father of those kids have one or two similar traits like yours?

No matter. Do DNA to confirm. DNA is like a covering on a naked cake. Bette be sure that the kids are truly yours?

I have been told more than once how I look like so, so and so person or that I have similar traits/mannerisms with someone, meanwhile there was no relationship of any kind with such persons.

We are dealing with degrees of likelihoods without which there wouldn't be marriage in the first place because trust would be completely non existent. You have strong (rare) key attributes, physical and behavioral and your children picked them not excepting one. Are you saying you still have cause to doubt because someone else somewhere might share same? Thats really abysmal. I mean, maybe many people on these DNA issues are not married.

@Op; only a DNA test can confirm if a child is yours or not. Forget all this he/she has my head structure, or nose structure or whatever structure you have that the child also has.

I was watching a paternity test program that featured a black man who wanted to know if the mixed race child he had with a white lady was his child. Shebi you go think say na the man get the pikin as the pikin wey dem born nah mixed race. The child was already an adult when the man found out through the DNA test that the child he had cared for to adulthood was not his. Don’t forget that the features of this child was mixed race; so you see why it's ONLY A DNA TEST THAT CAN CONFIRM WHETHER THE CHILD IS YOURS OR NOT IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE CHILD HAS A SIMILAR/STRIKING FEATURE/S LIKE YOU HAVE. My late cousin and I share a resemblance. We both look like our grandpa. Though he was killed in a cult war, I still get approached by some people (I think cultists too) and asked if I know him.

I don't know what your point is. If you are not interested in doing a DNA test for whatever reason, others that are smart and interested in the test will do a DNA test.

sometimes looks could be deceiving. DNA only confirms you as the true parent of the child.
