Being born again as Jesus said is not by hearing the gospel but by doing the gospel.

The last paragraph explains what born again is -BAPTISM. and that was the last command Jesus gave his disciples- go therefore and make disciples of nations baptising then in the name of the father and of the son and of the Holy spirit .
