Many goods (imported & locally produced) are cheaper in Kano than in almost evry city in Nigeria, including the coastal municipalities from which these goods are imported

One of d reasons is the continues existence of the ‘Guilds of merchants’ as an important economic fabric of Kano.

It's nice, but does the people have access to portable water

The competition between states should be how well the people fared

Anything short of this, is failure!!!

Kano is a business hub. The major problems industries face is water issues and electricity.
If the government is able to tackle this two, dead industries will be revived.

It's not all about having

Is it accessible to everyone living in Kano

Wiseandtrue you are just looking for something to criticize...
But over 70 percent of Kano metropolis has access to portable water and most of the remote areas are equipped with borehole facilities...
You can't expect something to be 100% a B grade suffice for excellence...
If you are living down south and have been hearing negative news about kano then that's mostly false...
NYSC members from South mostly settle in Kano after service because of the friend environment with numerous opportunities for entrepreneurs
On the contrary bro, I love it when a government is people centered as it should be.

If this facilities is also extended to the grassroots, the rural areas then it's fantastic

There's nothing wrong in having 100%, those remaining 30% shouldn't be neglected, they should feel the presence of the government too.

I love what I saw anyways
