It was all at night. Some parts of the footage were captured with normal camera while most part was infrared camera.

Not enroute to Maiduguri. Definitely back to KD base. If you stay in KD, you will notice lots of military helicopters going and coming back from missions. It's 24/7. The Airforce is really trying, tbh.

Yeaaaa bro I have never seen such number of Cameroon Soldiers here like I saw today. Initially when I was entering the Brigade I thought they were Immigration officers on Kaki until I noticed the ranking on their shoulders were in Green colour.

I greeted in English self It was later I noticed many were speaking french and some a kind of funny English between Nigeria Soldiers.

Infact today Military blocked movement from my location towards Sambisa areas and Cameroon border areas.

In the last 3 days, MI-35 have been used amazingly in destroying the terrorist, and cheaply at that, just rockets and canons, no ATGM or any other type of missile. I hope it has been used effectively again today and can't wait to see DHQ releasing another footage tomorrow.

How I wish the president can be forced to authorize payment for the remaining MI-35s in Russia and purchasing additional units. I'm starting to feel that we should delay balance payment for the JF-17(only useful for air interdiction in this war) and spend the money on additional units of MI-35s.

That's not true, Chad has a number of T55 and T62 as well as the BMP 1 (IFV). They actually got them for nothing hundreds were captured from Libya and are still in use.

Cameroon does not seem to have any tracked MBT but have substituted it with the AMX10 and Chinese sourced IFV all wheeled IFV and Tank destroyer.

Chad has a battlefield strategy that does not include the use of heavy MBT it seems to have worked for them. Of which I agree.

Images below are the AM10RX and the Chinese type 07 IFV and Tank destroyer. Everyone probably knows what a T62 and or BMP1 looks like and thier capabilities in general.

I am perplexed beyond reason with the preoccupation with "gun trucks" in our discourse.

A gun truck is in most cases a rickety pick up trucks mounted with a heavy machine gun , without stabilisation and or optic sights.

It is not a IFV, MBT, LAV, MRAP, and or APC.

A single shot from a M107 50.Cal. (or similar) into the engine block of one those soft skinned pick ups. Will make it completely immobile and easy target.

This is where I get completely BAMBOOZLED how can a military base with HARDENED combatants with MBT's and other armoured fighting vehicles. Be overtaken by group of rag tag untrained deranged Jihadists in 15, 20 and or more gun trucks.

One Vickers MBT should very easily take out 15 gun trucks in a matter of 15/20 minutes, with a well trained tank crew.

Yeaaa we had series of prayer session. A military personnel in church said a massive operation is loading all over the NE that is why the Cameroonians are here. Funnily enough I barely saw Cameroon Guntrucks they mostly came with lots of APC's and MBT's.

We all prayed for Soldiers that will be committed in this final onslaught that there will no casualties.

Tho the CO warned against soldiers who go to operation with the intention of dealing with or shooting a colleague oh I was shocked to hear such things happen.

I was so motivated to enlist in this operation with the kind of motivational speech the CO gave

It happened quite a lot in the Vietnam war. Officers deemed incompetent by their NCOs and SNCOs were "fragged" in combat and their death were deemed mysterious.
