The thing tire me too to be honest because i don't really get it. A party would expel is own member for anti-party activities and the court would declare it noid and void, wetin be there business self, abi party no get right over is own member again? me i am not understanding.

Not at all. He'll simply officially register and obtain his party card thereafter. The truth is that he only decamped verbally. There's no documents to prove he's in Apc because he has not registered yet. Registration is coming up soon before their convention.
