Cuddles7: I guess you mean he deferred to May not March. Well, has he done medicals before the initial rejection, if yes await good news. If no, he should go ahead and do upfront medical. By the way, some even applied in December and have gotten PPR. It's not easy to be kept waiting but just be patient. It will surely end in praise. 1 Like |

Currently working in the oil and gas industry. The course of study is an MSc in Environmental and Life Sciences (MELS) Program at Brandon University. The MELS Program is an interdisciplinary one that combines the fields of biology, chemistry, environmental science, geography, and geology. It's is also thesis-based (two years) so you will have to secure a research supervisor prior to applying for admission into the program. viviangogos: |

Chukwubuikexo:What he/she meant by distant relative is that they didn't share same surname, that's why she refers to the sponsor as her "uncle"(that's my understanding). In cases like this, showing commitment (paying the applicant's tuition fee and living expenses before application)will convince the vo. Also, if the sponsor has ever assisted the applicant in the past it will be nice to also draw the vo's attention to it Cc: @Oyesquare10 |

Good Morning Honorables, Apology to derail the thread partially, cos this involves PGWP to PR & moving to another province after getting PR A quick one Is it possible to leave a Province where an Applicant got a PR via their PNP? E.g a guy schooled in Alberta, did his one year PGWP in Saskatchewan, got PR via SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program) but he eventually had a lucrative job offer in another Province (Manitoba) and want to relocate, is this possible? If yes, is there a period (months/years) the applicant needs to stay in that province before relocating to another province If No, what's the way forward? Am asking this question so the applicant won't have his PR revoke by IRCC or SINP and also an opportunity for us to learn Thanks |

Yes, the sponsor submitted his international passport and also paid her tuition fee from his bank. Both the passport and receipt were attached to his initial application. mcobex: 1 Like |

The relative is from our mother side and he's kind of distant really, so we thought using family tree might have a negative impact reason why we didn't include it in the previous application. TheShaman: |

englois: For his course in Saskatchewan Polytechnic, (business management)...there's a March start date actually. Next intake after that is September. They don't have May intake for that course. And yes he did and submitted an upfront Medical. Along with mybankstatement certificate and IELTS (CLB 10). We cannot really understand why it's taking so long since November. Yet some December people have gotten approvals. |

You are right, maternal relative but not so immediate. The sponsor paid her tuition fee which was stated in her previous application. There's plan for the sponsor to send 3M to her account one month to her re application now but we are trying to get what the VO meant by that statement so as to guide in the document to also add. mcobex: 2 Likes |

Oyesquare10:Then the vo made a mistake. She can appeal the case (if she has the time and resources) or reapply and BOLDLY state her sponsor has showed commitment by paying her fees, so she doesn't know why they delayed her based on her sponsor |

Hello everyone!!! Please I need some clarifications on the following issues: 1. I graduated with a 2:2 public administration, (bsc) can a pgd in human resources management or project management go with my university degree, which of them is better 2. Am planning to move with my family ( hubby and son) we have a landed property in Nigeria and am planning to start up a company in the country where I reside, and also we are permanent residents here. I want to use them as home ties, is it enough 3. The intention is to get PR after the study, if I start the pgd by 2022, and there's a new government by 2023, will it affect the international graduate PR route, because I wouldn't have been through by then. 4. I will be using my Naira statement of account to apply for nse hope it won't be a problem. These are my concerns, please kindly clarify me, thanks |
