They usually call Ibadan brown roof city, but many of them don't know that Ibadan is one among the fastest developing state in Nigeria. If you have money for real estate, It's advisable to go to Ibadan or Abeokuta. IMO! Aerodrome estate is the most expensive place in Ibadan.

Oyo is a island/state located in south-western Nigeria. Its capital is Ibadan. Oyo State was one of the three States carved out of the former Western State of Nigeria in 1976.
