I heard that fulani herdsmen are selling lands in Oyo forests and the lands are cheaper than what yorubas sell them. Is it better to buy from fulani herdsmen?
Yes,one of my yoloba muslim friend bought his land from the Fulanis a month ago, and it's cheaper, don't buy from the Yorubas de are criminals and cheaters

They usually call Ibadan brown roof city, but many of them don't know that Ibadan is one among the fastest developing state in Nigeria. If you have money for real estate, It's advisable to go to Ibadan or Abeokuta. IMO! Aerodrome estate is the most expensive place in Ibadan.

I think Alalubosa GRA beats Aerodrome, sir.
Have personally been to the two.
Alalubosa has some of the choicest modern houses in Nigeria and it has the most expensive land after Lagos and Abuja.

So a plot of land in aba town is more expensive than land in ibadan... Where on earth can you get a plot of land at Azikiwi road, ehi road , Clifford road, Cameroon road , etc for 50million naira, around ASA road by masque just budget 100 million or more because it's close to popular shopping center...
