Students of UNIBEN and many other federal schools in the "90s, lost 1993/94 session because of ASUU strikes and students riots that stretched 1992/93 through 1994. So when the session ended we just resumed 1994/95.
I know because I was in UNIBEN then and graduated 1998.

To what end does compacting a 2yr college programme into less than 1yr? For validation?
Who suffers at the end when they push half baked graduates to the worforce?
Imagine in a course like medicine n surgery, compacting 1 yr of gynaecology and 1 yr of pathology together, the disaster waiting to occur is undescribable.

admission is not guaranteed after graduating from school job is not guaranteed there are many graduates out there seeking a job. Nigeria Education system is a scam imagine! after taking waec and neco you still have to take jamb exam some school we still organize post utme, some screening and some both. after having good grades in those aforementioned they might not grant you admission.

It is not even about graduating here. It is about those little men and women who have made the school their choice of institution -- where they will eventually begin their undergraduate experience.

Already, for the canceled (2020/21) session, the school has sold their Post-UTME form to the many candidates. So, what happens to their money?

So many things are not just okay in this our dear country, Nigeria.

How could they make such a magnanimous decision without even considering to return the hard-earned money the candidates paid for the session they just canceled. It is a total form of injustice.

Not just when police killed people without facing any trial for their action. Not just when some set of individuals are allegedly murdered by government directives or actions and not face the wrath of law. But INJUSTICE is also when a school collects money from a set of people, canceled the programme for which the money collected is meant for, refuses to acknowledge the state of mind of these people, and still refuses to return their money.
